  2. what I wanted is to allow my clients to book a dusting or barber clean up in between their regular appointments. Whats happening is everyone is just booking for clean ups and not actual hair cuts. Is there a way that the app will only allow them to book the clean up haircuts after they have a hair cut? and to then allow to book another clean up they will have to have another hair cut?

  3. We book out according to time spent and not what type of service the client wants. We would like to allow a service to show up differently for online booking and for booking internally. Example would be
    Online service name: Haircut ... will show up as
    Internal schedule: Tech 3

  4. I am not happy with the update. Clients should not be able to book a service with an offer code after the offer is no longer applicable. This leads to upset clients and having to explain to them that just because it was booked that way, does not mean it is applicable.

  5. Right now it breaks each item into an appointment rather than all the services they did at their appointment that day. So in actuality,m their spend per appointment is not correct.

  6. At some point without regular prices raises, you can get boxed in by your clientele. I would like the ability at the onset to put in the accommodations, pricing and timing, of my current clients so I can immediately change my prices online for all new people.

    2 of us just shifted into ownership roles and our time is even more valuable now, but jumping $100 + per color service isn't feasible for our current guests. So being able to make room for higher paying ones, while slowly passing on the current clients to stylists that fit their price point…

  10. Would be nice to see future sales for that given month, my other software was able to calculate what the sale would be for that month based on appointments. This was helpful for team goals.

  12. We would like all product customization to be on the first screen where you create / name a product.

    This would save us a lot of time when adding new products, as we can complete all customization.

  13. We would like the ability to add all service options at the time the service is created.

    This way, we do not need to then search the service then make modifications and assign staff for example. This should be available on the same screen we name the service and select a category.

  14. Be able to edit service duration at checkout if the service is changed at checkout. We want to be able to track service provider's utilization but can't if the duration changes to 0h0m.

  15. Messages need to have the ability to be organized, I find that the notification messages with confirmations, makes it hard to find the actual patient messages.

  18. The automated referral program should allow you to add the referral credit not just at the first visit for patients. Sometimes patients come in and only have a consultation done or we may miss the giving the credit at the first visit. The option to add the referral credit in should remain in the checkout window even after the first visit is completed.

  19. When a guest books - if tells us if that was booked by our system or the online booking. When it comes to finalizing payments and closing out the appointment, I can never trace it back to who it was to correct any mistakes made at check out.

  20. It would be so much more efficient if there was an in basket for medical directors that all documents or forms needing to be signed would be due sent to. This would save so much time and duplicate work.
