Allow universal end dates for memberships
Businesses that run annual memberships need a universal end date (e.g., December 31) for all members and a way to bulk void or auto-void unused vouchers at the end of the term.
Customer use case: An aesthetics business runs a membership program of roughly 2,000 members that all renew on a calendar-year cycle. Today, a membership’s end date can only be based on its issue date and expiration settings, and members aren’t re-enrolled automatically. Each year, the business has to resell a $0 membership to every client and manually void leftover vouchers one by one. The workaround is client tags to track members, which still leaves all of this work manual, and they’ve told us it doesn’t fit how they operate.
Requested capabilities:
Set a universal end date for a membership plan
Automatically re-enroll members into the next term when the end date occurs
Bulk void vouchers when memberships end, or an auto-void setting
