  1. Please add a search function to patient history pages. It is incredibly time-consuming to have to click each ticket to see what a patient purchased. Search functions really need to be added to almost everything with BLVD for convenience.

  2. I have removed the ability to change pricing at the front desk computer and i'd like to be able to go in and retroactively remember a client's price so i dont have to change it later, but this option seems to only be available when they have booked their next appointment or at check out. it would be really helpful to be able to add an accomodation like that at any time

  3. I know it may sound silly, but we have a larger staff, and having more colors would be helpful so that we don't have to reuse colors for stylists, it'll minimize some confusion

  6. Have a "completed" certificate to print out so you know your employees completed training. I can't trust people at their word that they actually completed the training.

  7. Clients are creating New Profiles or New Accounts when they online book instead of using their current accounts already in the system. There should be an alert when they enter their phone number OR email that an account ALREADY EXSITS with that information. Clients will make a new account and then we have to find their existing one at their appointment and merge, which doesn't always get done and is frustrating. Phone numbers should only be allowed to be on ONE ACCOUNT!

  10. I know everyone is on the AI hype wagon. I am not against AI, but I would love to see work on some suggestions that have been hanging out for over 5 years (turning off tips per provider/service, moving forms between clients, etc...)

    It seems like Boulevard is focused on the next big thing all the time and losing track of what made you special: excellent scheduling and a feature rich experience for a variety of salons and spas.

    Please take like one month and focus on some of this low hanging fruit, then go chase whatever AI dreams you…

  11. When wanting to see just staff that is working for the week by selecting "is working" I do not want to see all of the staff on each day if they are not working that day but do work a day that week. This is visually challenging and not user friendly when trying to schedule patients.

  12. Include the day of the Week, Service Provider, and Services Scheduled in the confirmation messages.
    For Example: Hi {client name},
    You are scheduled for an appointment at Rose Aesthetics Paola on Wednesday, Jan 7, 2026 at 12:00pm CST for a 60min Petal Radiance Facial with Madeline.
    When Clients have multiple appointments scheduled, they get confused which appointment is what day and end up having to take extra steps to figure it out. It should be simply included in the confirmation. Even the Booking Confirmation.

Boulevard currently does not offer a native dynamic pricing feature that allows services to automatically adjust based on demand, such as discounting slower days or applying higher pricing during peak times, weekends, or holidays. Introducing variable pricing rules based on day, time, or date range would allow salons to manage demand more strategically without duplicating services or relying on manual add-ons and policy text to explain price differences.

  16. We would love to see expanded customization options within Boulevard’s booking interface to better support brand-forward salons. The ability to apply custom brand colors throughout the booking flow—such as buttons, accents, and highlights—would help create a more cohesive experience between a salon’s website and its booking platform.

    It would also be extremely valuable to allow service example photos within the booking process. Adding 1–3 reference images per service would help clients visually understand what they are booking, reduce incorrect bookings, and create a more intuitive, confidence-building experience—especially for visual services like installs, braids, silk presses, and treatments.

  17. I have staff who perform certain tasks (laser hair removal vs skin care) on certain days. In order to make the schedule work, I needed to create 2 separate profiles for each of them. You should be able to define their services for the day so that a business only needs 1 profile but clients don't inadvertently book a service on a particular day when the staff is not available.

  19. Gift cards should not have a monetary limit, which is currently set at $500, or a day limit (2 per day). We often have people purchasing gift cards well above the limit which means we have to do several transactions over several days to accommodate them.

  20. Boulevard’s Messages inbox currently lacks essential unread message management features, including:

    A global “Mark all as read” option

    An Unread filter

    The ability to search or sort conversations by unread status

    For high-volume practices that batch outbound texts daily, client replies may arrive days or weeks later and become buried deep in the inbox. Staff must manually scroll and open each conversation to locate unread messages, which is inefficient and error-prone.

    This limitation creates operational risk and inefficiency:
