  1. If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example). They should be able to "swap" the 2 unused facials and the system should be able to "pick them up" from the client's unused…

  2. On mobile, the booking flow becomes unclear when a service includes add-ons or required options.

    It isn’t obvious that guests need to scroll to select required options. The top banner remains fixed and takes up a significant portion of the screen, which makes the scrollable area very small and easy to miss.

    If a guest doesn’t scroll, required selections and related error messages aren’t visible. When they tap “Select Professional” or try to move forward, nothing appears to happen, which can feel broken or unresponsive rather than instructional.

  4. Members should be properly categorized in Blvd in a way that allows for us to filter client lists and reports by membership status. This should include automated membership tags. EX: Attach a tag to a membership that will apply to a client when it's actively on their profile

  6. When a client opts in to receive text messages, automatically send a Welcome SMS that includes a contact card (vCard) so the client can easily save the business’s contact information to their phone.

    Description
    Upon SMS opt-in, clients would receive a one-time welcome message such as:
    “Welcome! Save our contact so you always know it’s us.”

    This message would include an attached or linked contact card containing:

    Business name

    Phone number (call + text)

    Email address

    Physical address

    Website

    Why This Matters

    Improves deliverability: Saved contacts are less likely to be filtered or marked as spam

We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.

  9. It would be great if you could add a 'default member price' option next to the 'default price' that is on the service details page. We have specific pricing we want our members to pay, but the membership perk options aren't allowing us the flexibility we need.

  10. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  11. Our team would love to have a same-day appointment reminder feature added to the booking system. In our previous software, whenever a client booked an appointment for the same day, the system would automatically send a same-day text or push notification as a reminder.

    Our staff does not want notifications for every appointment—only for same-day bookings. This selective option was extremely helpful because it reduced no-shows for last-minute appointments without overwhelming staff with unnecessary alerts.

    We are requesting the addition of a similar feature in our current system: an option that triggers an automatic reminder only for same-day appointments.

  13. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…

  14. it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

  15. I think it would be beneficial for companies or providers to have access to messages through the mobile app instead of only on the desktop. That way providers are able to see messages when they are out of the office for rescheduling or conflicts or even confirmations.

  19. I would like an option to make it where they have to book in order for certain days. i.e. on Saturdays we are only here in the morning, never fails I have someone take that very last spot. Also on holidays where we are short days.
