  1. Businesses should have more control over the look of the system. We should be able to put our branding colors on anything a client receives from us, even the "messaging/text/chat" box.

  2. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  3. Also the card selection should specify which one was selected for the appt as well.

    At current I am sure that we may be charging the non-preferential card sometimes. If the client is a no-show we must charge them, but in the case that it isn't the correct card we may be non intentionally charging cards that could cause the clients bank issues.

  4. When we run Time-Keeping report for payroll - 2 weeks - and export it, each staff member is a sheet in excel. I'd love a summary page of the totals on one page.

  5. Clients who are the guest of another client have a note to indicate that fact. The person who booked the appointment (the guest of ...) doesn't indicate they have a guest. This can get confusing when moving appointments or adjusting a therapist's schedule.

  6. Love the add on feature for services, for online booking. But would be awesome if when booking on the app, or on the dashboard, or even checking out a guest that when that service is selected the add on menu pops up automaticall and you can pick the options that apply, would help the flow of appointment booking when booking clients, and would also help when a new stylist/employee checks out a client that they can add on multiple items to that ticket so they know whats included in the prices etc.

  8. Other salon software allows warnings or lockouts to prevent staff from clocking in too early for shift or from lunches. Adding this option and helping Boulevard businesses more options to follow labor law will help immensely.

  11. We have several stylists who prefer to remain offline, but would like to have their guests keep a credit card on file, in case of a cancellation. Maybe a link that connects to a private booking portal specifically for that stylist? So that only the Admin team and stylist can share, and it's not visible publicly for just anyone to book with them.

  14. Our hours during the week (10-8) are much different than Saturdays (8-3). We have a ton of open space during the week in the morning and a ton open on Saturdays in the evening. If a stylist who doesn't normally works Saturday sees open space until 9pm she may book a client at 4 or 5 not knowing we close at 3!

    Also would be nice if the days the salon is closed it say "Salon Closed" or something!

  18. Would be fantastic to be able to hold pending transactions until data services are restored. Of course much functionality would be lost when offline, but being able to do payments and scheduling as basic needs while disconnected means the difference between a smooth operation and one where staff are all panicked about the cloud being gone.
