  4. currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

  5. It was far easier to follow credit history before the "wallet" update. You could expand and read notes within the same window. Now we have to click on the order number and go to a different screen. Much more inconvenient. Can we have that feature back?

  7. It would be nice if there was an easy way to split the total between two people for one booking. Currently, the only way to split a service (including two services booked under one appointment) is to manually do the math and charge one card, then the other. However, manually splitting the total doesn't account for the service fee for credit cards nor the tips. It gets confusing and makes it uncomfortable having to ask them individually how much they want to tip on their card.

  10. Boulevard currently doesn’t allow membership account credits to expire, which creates challenges for practices using banked-style memberships. Without an expiration or limited rollover option, credits can accumulate indefinitely, complicating financial tracking and program fairness. The current workaround—manually monitoring usage reports—isn’t sustainable. Adding a configurable expiration setting (e.g., credits expire after 3–6 months or a set number of rollovers) would give businesses flexibility to manage liability, improve client accountability, and align Boulevard’s memberships with industry-standard functionality found in other POS systems.

  11. Create a library of forms/charts/phrases that people have created. Give them the option to add the form/chart to library to share with others. Create a button for others to share to the library so everyone doesn't have to build from scratch.

  19. Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

  20. Please have the phone or ipad LOCK onto boulevard app when clients are checking in for their paperwork. Our office phones and ipads have other apps which can be confusing when clients are in midst of filling out paperwork if they accidentally move out of the Boulevard app. Other software do this by requiring staff user password to get out of the app once locked.
