Hey guys, we've noticed that whenever people are booking online that they're not reading the sentences that says "your card will not be charged", is there anyway we can add an alert box that says the same thing. just because A LOT of clients are coming in thinking they already paid. I understand it says it right there, but just a suggestion.

  3. Hey. So sometimes a price has to be adjusted for a service due to different circumstances. There is an option for putting in the reason on the discount tab, but there is no such option on the price tab. Can this feature be introduced? Thank you.

  8. When a customer has credits that cover their full balance, it completely bypasses the tip option at checkout. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card

  9. Ability to record which seller was responsible for selling a gift card to a client. Oftentimes a team member may push a gift card promotion and convince a client to purchase. This would be a way to report on those sales and recognize/reward sellers for their performance.

  10. The online gift card system in Boulevard appears to be designed around the assumption that users are buying gift cards for themselves, which does not reflect real-world behavior. In practice, almost all gift cards are purchased as gifts for other people, and the current workflow breaks down because of this.

    From the start, the system creates confusion by requiring sign-in and prompting non-account holders to enter “YOUR phone number or YOUR email address,” with no clarity on whether this refers to the purchaser or the intended recipient.   11. Could you make the dashboard more user-friendly on mobile devices? For example, the touch sensitivity is very high, and scrolling across the page often causes appointments to drag unintentionally. Additionally, the dashboard on Android does not allow moving clients from Confirmed to Active—only to Arrived. Having the ability to move clients through all statuses (Confirmed → Arrived → Active) on mobile would greatly improve usability.

  12. Stylist should be able to see only their reports in the app. The reports should also include more details. Stylist should be able to customize what they want to see in a report. It would be wonderful if the stylist could see their staff performance report in the app. Stylist who are independent/chair renters like to view this information at all times so it is hard on business owners to send out all the time.

  13. I’d like to see a single report that provides both year-over-year and month-to-month staff performance comparisons. Since our salon operates heavily on goals and performance metrics, having a full annual comparison alongside monthly trends in one report would make tracking performance much easier. This would save time, reduce the need to generate multiple reports, and give a clearer overall picture of staff performance.

  14. When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

  15. A custom report option that allows us to see the necessary information when inputting payroll, with the form of payment included in the report.
    What the client purchases:
    Service, Product, tax, gratuity, gift card sale, wholesale purchase.
    Form of Payment:
    Card, check, cash, venmo, barter, etc.

    Currently, we need to run multiple reports or double-check the calendar. Many more steps than are necessary.

  16. Would be beneficial to able to see more New vs Returning data in reports.

    Examples:
    1) Referral Sources Report shows New Clients and Returning Clients, but then aggregates all the data for the rest of the report. Being able to filter the rest of the data (total sales and services, etc) for just new clients and just returning clients would show salons just how much revenue is coming in from new clients during a time period.

    2) Staff Performance Report shows New and Returning clients, but then aggregates sales and prebook rates. Separating prebook rates for New and Returning clients…

  18. users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

  19. Staff should use last 4 digits of SS number to clock-in and out from reception IP only. Prevent clock-ins from other devices. This will prevent other staff clocking in and out for them.

  20. The checkout and "redeeming" process for memberships need to be heavily revisited.

    As is stands, if you have more than one voucher under a membership, it is split evenly between the two vouchers. For services in the same category at the same price, this makes sense.

    However, with the flexibility when creating the memberships (which I love), the check out and receipt process ends up devaluing or overpricing service that are not in the same category.
