  3. we dose medical weight loss medication by units. We have inventory coming into the clinic by the 10's of thousands. When putting in a purchase order, you can only put 9999 units in. we need more flexibility to enter 40,000 if we need. one purchase order would be nice verses 4 lol. Thanks!

  6. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

  9. We have some SKUs and also some offer codes that we only want managers or our CX team using but there's no way to protect that in the dashboard. Right now, we will put "Managers Only" or "CX Only" in the name of a product or offer code but that can be a weird experience for clients and also makes it hard to enforce that only certain employees should be using them. It would be really nice when creating products and offer codes to be able to select which privilege groups can access them

  11. Being able to toggle off Apps & Integrations setup for users would be great. We had a recent issue where a staff member created a Zapier integration sending client information to a Google Drive. Please have the ability to disable Apps & Integrations for specific users.

  13. With previous email marketing systems I've used, the marketing emails will come from our general email address and there is a verification step in which I'd add SPF records on the back end of our domain manager. This helps with emails not being sent to spam and with images not being hidden for certain users.

  14. Currently on client profiles, you have the ability to note a clients Skype profile (in all honesty, who even uses that anymore) but it would be great to be able to add the clients instagram handle to their client profile card as well.

  15. Hi! Is there any chance that we can have the timecard give the hours worked by day and for the week as the time adds up in real time? This way our hourly staff that need to hit certain hours can plan accordingly. Thank you!

  16. We sometimes will have clients that aren't sure what they've gotten in the past or aren't sure what the service they want is called. It would be great if they were able to leave us a little note when making a booking to make sure they booked the correct service.. Otherwise they may book a service that's much longer than the one they believe they're getting.

  17. it scrolls ahead or behind 5 minutes no matter how you try to correct it. You can do it with no problem on desktop. The app keeps changing it.
