I also am i need of this. We need the ability to set flat-dollar commission amounts instead of only percentage-based commissions for certain service providers. A Flat-Rate Commission Option for Service Providers is necessary depending on what state you are in for compliance.
Our aesthetic injector (RN) cannot legally receive percentage-based commissions due to state fee-splitting regulations. We need compliance-friendly compensation while maintaining Boulevard's reporting capabilities.
Requested Feature: Toggle option between percentage-based and flat-dollar commission structures at the service and provider level.
Current Limitation: System only supports percentage calculations, forcing us to handle RN compensation outside Boulevard's commission system
