  1. When you change an appointment type , the system should update any resources attached.
    The appointment stays linked to the resources associated with the other appointment type. This can cause double booking of a device.

  3. Duo needs to be able to connect to Professional app/Ipad/Phone. It would be one less step. ALSO, if computer goes down the DUO is pointless!!! Vagaro lets you checkout on ANY device through the main app! So much more streamlined.

  4. Hi Boulevard team,

    I wanted to share a feature suggestion that I think would make a huge difference for providers. I recently switched from Aesthetic Record, and one of the best features that system offers is the integrated photo upload workflow during patient check-in.

    In Aesthetic Record, once a patient checks in, the system automatically prompts staff to take photo, it’s built into the intake flow so the front desk never forgets. This is extremely helpful for compliance and consistency, especially in aesthetic practices where before-and-after documentation is critical.

    Another key feature that would be incredible to have in Boulevard…

  7. Having an option to bypass tax collection on a sale when selling to an individual who has tax exempt status. This would differ from an Other payment type in that it would not give the front desk an option to create another open-text field.

  9. It would be extremely helpful to have internal-only forms — ones that are not visible to clients — so we can set up documents like medical authorizations with a built-in annual expiration date. Alternatively, if it's easier, enhancing the current chart functionality to include an optional expiration setting would allow us to manage these internal forms more effectively without exposing them to clients.

  14. Allow customization of discount buttons such that the discounts that are used regularly are easily accessible. Ex: I want a button that has a discount of 3.5% that I can click instead of typing in the discount percentage every time.

  15. generate in-office price estimates during client consultations. Clients should be able to leave with a clear, written estimate of their potential service costs—emailed directly to them and saved in their client profile.

    This feature would:

    Improve transparency and build trust with clients.

    Streamline consultations by giving providers a professional, standardized way to present pricing.

    Reduce confusion or disputes later by having estimates documented and attached to the client record.

  16. when clients want a copy of all previous payments, they come to us, and the onyl option we have for that is to print off every receipt and fax it to them. emailing receipts is not always the best option for the client. a way to bulk print or see bulk payments would be great.

  20. I would like the option to have a membership charge every 4 weeks instead of monthly. Since medical weight loss programs often follow specific treatment cycles that don't align perfectly with standard monthly billing.
