Custom text addition to waitlist emails
Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.
A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

Automatic Blocked Time between appointments instead of transition time. (Solves covid cleaning)
Another person requested and I agree with the idea to make a transition time at the end of an entire appointment, but perhaps a more efficient and flexible way to manage this would be having a toggle that by default adds blocked out time after an appointment with the Title "Covid cleaning" or whatever you want it to be in the options.
It would be taken into account when making booking availability searches and also, once you book the appointment, you can manually delete or edit the blocked out time where applicable. This would keep appointments from being booked too…

Clients that share a phone number having indicator in Contact Center and on client card that number is shared
Not sure what would be most helpful,
But I can only imagine that families that decide to use a single number for their persons causes the same redundancy issues on Blvd's side as it does for salon staff.
In contact center, it would be helpful if messages received indicated that there were multiple contacts with that number so staff could determine which client or such the message is pertaining to. Possible errors are messages like this: Received from X, "cancel my appt tomorrow and move it to Saturday". Appt is deleted and moved to Saturday. Client X's son Y comes…

Need the ability to report on figures of membership data during a specific timeframe i.e. the ability to report on how many active/cancelled/past due/paused members i had on specific date.

Push Notifications of client arrival to specific assistants
Many of our assistants tend to help a specific stylist each day. When checking in clients, if there was an option for another employee or assistant to be notified of a clients arrival along with the notification the stylist gets, it would give the client a better experience when an assistant is there to greet them immediately to begin their service.
This is also especially beneficial to the front of house in the event that the front desk is too busy to step away to find an assistant.

Assistant Privileges
Need Assistants to have access to one or two stylists schedules and those stylist client names, but no other client information. Don't want them to see the full schedule/calendar, they just need to know the schedules of the stylists they're assisting

Multiple staff with same firstname then same last initial causes a lot of confusion
At times on Blvd due to either just first name showing or initials. Would be greatly appreciated if there would be some heuristic approach to solve this when applicable.
When showing first name of a staff member when (with fuzzy matching) are more than 1 of that first name in a staff directory, show full name in that instance; if last name matches then denote that there are more than one of that same staff name with a highlight and hover over description stating multiple staff.

Easier correction of errors when typing credit card numbers
If you make a mistake when typing a credit card number into a client profile (to store it as a payment method), the backspace key does not take you out of the current group of 4 digits. So if I type "6012" instead of "6011" and need to correct the last digit to 1, I have to take my hands off the keyboard, click beside the 2, then backspace, then type the correct number.

Add fuzzy search when adding services
The search for client names is great. I can type pa smi and get Paul Smith. (along with Patty Smith)
Please bring this same search when looking for services to add to an appointment. We have multiple services with the same beginning and it would be so nice to be able to search using other words in the name, or even to work through typos.

Reports that are cohesive with STRATEGIES (Salon business coaching company)
Strategies is a salon business coaching company that is heavy on understanding our companies numbers. Other booking companies have partnered with them to offer reports that work seamlessly with the worksheets Strategies uses. It would be great if one of your engineers would do the same. The reports offered currently are inaccurate, clunky and incomplete making it really tough to extract the data or even trust the accuracy.

Staff personal time off
We would really benefit from the ability to add/label staff unavailable times as "personal, vacation, sick etc" and the option to pull a report for each staffer to see how days off were used. We allow 10days personal time each year, but have no real way of tracking.

Indicate on device when Duo connection is lost
Stating; "Boulevard has lost connection with Duo, please resolve this prior to the next checkout, or click here for help." Clicking this opens a popup of a troubleshooter with step by step procedures alongside animated gifs to get the situation resolved without Boulevard Help Chat or management's intervention.
