  2. It would be great to allow an employee to clock in to a specific shift if they are hired to complete different jobs in the salon. For instance we have stylists that start with our company as an Assistant, Front Desk or Stylist and each job may have a different pay scale. This would allow a more accurate payroll report to pay employees by.

  4. Added the link to our website, but when accessing it on an iPhone you have to scroll down to find buttons, then scroll up to see there's details you need to add and especially for older clients this is going to be very confusing and cost us sales

  5. when searching for gift cards under sales, there is a link to the original purchaser, but no link to the original order. We need to be able to find the original purchase price of a gift card. A link to the original order or at least a column stating the original purchase price would be very helpful

  6. This Business is requesting for better visuals on the little credit card icon on an appt that confirms if a card was taken at the time of booking. (1) He explains that his team easily looks over it and thinks if it was larger or a different color, it would stand out more to the team. He feels the grey on white background blends in too much.   10. A problem of sending a message to one client under a profile is that it gets shown later as a different client or the wrong one. Would be great to show on dashboard that the message thread is with all three clients by showing all their names and denoting that these clients are using the same number.

  11. It would be nice to send appointment confirmations out for appointments that are scheduled after the normal confirmations go out. So, a Wednesday appointment that is scheduled after 3:00 on Monday would still get a "confirm your appointment" email. Yes, they should still come because they just scheduled it, but sometimes they miss that and it doesn't get confirmed.

  13. Clients would like the ability to assign intake forms for specific stylists. For example: "We have 'new talent' in our salon and the customers of our 'new talents' have to sign apprentice forms acknowledging the discounts, etc. I know in the manage-->forms application you can add forms, etc but not assign them to specific stylists."

  16. Rather than a cancellation for reporting purposes and statistics. Also would cut down on an unnecessary email of cancellation.

    Unsure if this is part of the flow for the client, but if the process is cancel and then make a new appointment, perhaps the ability for clients to self reschedule as long as the appointment is beyond the confirmation windows of 2/3 days SMS/email.

  17. It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

  18. Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

  19. At the bottom of the confirmation is says refer to our cancellation policy. Instead of going to our website when they click on it, we would like a pop up with our cancellation policy appear

  20. Currently able to make appointments repeat at the time of booking by clicking Edit details before confirming the appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed there's no option to make it repeat
