  1. It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.

    Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.

    This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.

    This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

  3. Pre-exisiting or returning client profiles should be able to be recognize by entering in their phone number when coming in as a "walk-in" .

  4. It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

  6. We should be able to add a "chart" to a client without them having an appt. In my case today we had an appt disappear from the schedule and we can not add a chart to his profile without booking another appt. Or in a case where we need to add a phone note, etc.

  7. have the ability to schedule reoccuring appointments and reoccuring blocks. If a client wants in every 4 weeks on monday at 4pm with a certain service provider for 1 year or never ending it would be great to not have to manually enter every single appointment for them!
    Same with reoccuring time off/blocks to schedules!!!!

  11. Allow individual sales reps or providers to be able to send personalized scheduling links for their specific calendar via text or email. That way, the client will be able to book seamlessly without too many options or obstacles in the way.

  12. We would like the ability to specify what Client information is included in the "View client contact information" permission. This will allow providers to see tags but not phone number, email or address of clients for example.

  13. Having a set up time before a service. It would work like a clean up time, but it would be 15 mins before where you could block out a resource and give yourself time to set up for certain services. For example:
    Spray Tan - needs a private room -so that resource needs to be booked out for someone to go set up in it
    8:00am-8:15am- 15 min set up
    8:15am-8:30am - Clients appointment time/reminder and gives them length of service from here
    8:30am-8:45 - Clean up

    It would work just like the clean up times after, but just having…

  14. Ability to view pricing for services.

    In the current settings when the patient called and inquire about pricing to the front staff, they don't have an option to view the pricing logs as they don't have admin priviliges. We need an option where front desk person can view the pricing for services without creating a test patient or have a physical spreadsheet handly

  15. One feature I’m genuinely surprised doesn’t exist in Boulevard is the ability to approve or deny online booking requests before they’re automatically confirmed. Nearly every other major booking platform includes this functionality—and for good reason.

    As a business owner, I need the flexibility to review appointments before locking them in. Whether it’s for new clients, service compatibility, or stylist scheduling nuances, the ability to screen and approve incoming requests is a critical workflow tool that should absolutely be included in Boulevard.

  16. Auto populate client names that you clicked on last.

    When you are checking a client out or click on an account it would auto populate there name when booking next appointment.

  18. For the fill slow days automated messages, allow us to set filters as to who would receive the message. We don't want to send a message to someone who was here yesterday. We would like to be able to filter to clients who are on our "rescue lost clients" list or those on the waitlist.

  19. Allow past months inventory levels to stay recorded. If we need to go back to a past month there is no way of cross checking. I find it ridiculous to have to manually add and deduct purchases to get this number.
