  1. Time clock should be linked to productivity for hourly employees and also stylists to track when and if someone is late/how often and how that effects their productivity in taking appointments etc.

  2. It would be great if promotions could be specified only assignable, viewable, and usable by location. For multi site chains some promotions only make certain in certain locations.

  3. In order to avoid creating a client profile for the same new client repeatedly, we would like a notification or alert saying "client info saved!" after clicking on save.

  4. It would be helpful for all staff to see customized pricing for the service when scheduling services from the dashboard. When selecting a service and then service provider, pricing should be on the appointment card directly to help in providing transparency to customers.

  5. I would love an option when sending out weekly reports to service providers, to filter out orders with multiple providers. I.E., when I currently send out reports for service provider Megan, it also includes totals from orders where the client had services from Megan and other stylists.

  7. Some places have taxes that require a third decimal (8.375%). When entering this into the dashboard it rounds to 8.38%

    Though it still seems to calculate 8.375% at checkout it would be nice if that was reflected in the dashboard

  12. We offer a wide variety of services and some of those are not bookable online due to the complexity of them. It would be helpful to add a button for services like this.
    Ex: Client is interested in a color correction. They must select in “call now” to set up the service. Or, client wants extensions but have no idea what application method they should choose. They don’t even know we have those offered as they are not bookable online since it may be a 1hr service or a 6 hour service and they may need to get a color…

  13. Currently when I add a discount to a service or product they client does not see it on their side when going through the check out process. I then have to take time to explain that they will see the discount on their receipt. It would be nice if they saw the breakdown of the charges to include discounts when they are checking out.

  15. Offering digital gift cards with an auto generated gift card number would be great! We do not offer physical gift cards. So, the only way for us to sell gift cards at the salon is through the salon website via Boulevard.

  16. We have a lot of services so it would be great if the client can search for the service instead of having to find it one by one. Especially if they want more than one service in different categories. It's very important for a seamless client experience.

  17. It would be great if we were able to allow links in our automatic texting response during off hours. Prior to BLVD, we used google voice, and we would write something along the lines of "Thanks for reaching out, but the salon is currently closed, if you're looking to book an appointment, you can do so online at www.blvd.com..." This way, it will take the client messaging the salon directly to our booking link. We also included our R+Co affiliate link to generate online product sales as well.

  18. We have one specific procedure, that shouldn't be scheduled back-to-back for the same person because it is very physically demanding. There must be at least a 1.5-hour break between appointments for this procedure for the same person.
    Would it be possible to add a scheduling rule so that, once a person is booked for this specific procedure, she cannot be booked for another appointment for the SAME procedure for 1.5 hours before or after that appointment, while still being available for other procedures during that time?
