Agreement Forms in Portal for ALL Memberships
RegenMD would like all clients to see membership agreements in the client portal regardless of them having "agreed" during checkout or not. Regen does virtual sales (not online or via the Duo) so needs the ability to have clients agree virtually as well.

Provider Calendars after they've left your Medical Practice?
For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

Gift Certificate Date Under Gift Cards
Can you please put the date that people have purchased the gift certificate between recipient email and source ASAP! I don't want to have to search for the date. This is good information to have when I am running GC sales.

Show Units and Cost Per Unit on Receipts
Would love to see receipts include the number of units a client received and the cost per unit, not just the total. It would make things clearer for both clients and providers.

Resend forms after specific time frame
There should be an option to resend forms after a specific time period. For example, a client should need to update their intake form every 6 months.

Add phone conversation note to chart without having to book appointment for note option.
When I call a patient and want to document phone conversation I cannot do it without booking an appointment for the patient.

add provider choice under recommended products
When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

Custom Pricing for Busy Times and High-Demand Stylists
We need the ability to set dynamic pricing for individual stylists or service providers within a single profile. For example, if a stylist named Jane offers a haircut, we want to be able to assign both a regular price and a premium price that automatically applies during high-demand times (like weekends, early mornings at 5 AM, or late-night appointments).
We also need the flexibility to customize these high-demand times per stylist, as one stylist’s peak hours may be different from another's. For example, Jane’s premium pricing might apply on weekends, while Jack’s could apply on weekday evenings.

Account Credit Expiration Period
We collect deposits for my PMU business, and it would be incredible if account credits from deposits had an adjustable expiration period that triggers when the subsequent appointment is canceled.
For example, someone pays a $50 deposit, and our cancellation policy is 48 hours. If they cancel within the 48 hours, in order to hold the client accountable, there would be a 30-day window where the $50 in credits have to be used before another $50 deposit is required to book a new appointment.
This would protect my artist as well as myself.

Reopening an invoice
The ability to re-open an invoice so we don't have to void orders. This skews our patient visit numbers for providers when having to duplicate appointments

Better Control Over Commissions
I would like to be able to better control commissions. I would like to be able to apply commission to certain products, in this instance skincare products. When you select Product Commissions is applies to all products.
