  1. Currently, when appointments are booked manually (outside of online booking), there is no way to collect a client’s card on file without contacting them directly.

    This creates extra administrative work and delays, and leaves bookings unprotected.

    Suggested Solution:
    Allow businesses to send clients a secure link via text or email to add a card on file for any appointment, regardless of how it was booked.

    Impact:
    Reduces admin time, improves efficiency, and helps protect against no-shows while creating a smoother client experience.

  5. Ability to send an incorrect or incomplete chart back to a provider if a medical director will not approve the chart. The chart would then require the provider's attention to rectify the issues flagged by their medical director.

  6. My service providers have the ability to block themselves in case of emergencies or things that come up. It would be ideal to be able to monitor how often this is occurring to keep track of this.

  8. Implement an updated receipt format that itemizes injectable services by including the exact number of units administered (for example, neurotoxin treatments).

    Currently, clients frequently call requesting documentation of how many units they received. The only way we are able to provide this information is by taking a screenshot from the chart and emailing it manually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

  9. I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment.…

  10. Business manager should be able to set notifications for ALL bookings, reschedule, and cancelations. I want to be text notified of all scheduling activity for the business. Not just my own schedule, but all employees.

  12. Look at Mangomint's booking widget. It is way better than Boulevards. I have been with you for 3.5 years and you have not upgraded it once. I have had many clients tell me that I should look for a new booking system because they gave up trying to book something on it. Please. If it doesn't happen soon, I am switching to Mangomint.

  14. Section 8 of the payment processing terms states that we are not able to have an expiration date on gift cards. Some states (and federal law) allow expiration of gift cards.

    Requiring small businesses to retain this as a liability simply as a term on your terms of service is not a very friendly practice. I would like to see the section updated to include language that we will follow all federal, state, and local laws concerning gift card expiration.   16. I know you have a "Change Log", but it would be nice to have a Message Center for your software cleints. This could be where you post communications Boulevard sends out to us. Such as communications regarding the change in how our CC deposits will appear on our bank statement from 5/3 Bank to Boulevard Labs, or the email that was sent our regarding the credit Boulevard was very reasonable in giving us for the software outage last week.   18. There should be a deposit link or option sent to clients who are considered " walk ins" that are scheduled for a later time or date to ensure the stylist is compensated if they're a no show or just to solidify the appointment

  19. Automated internal prompts for staff based on specific parameters set by the business for client outreach/clienteling.

    Ex. Staff (Manager or Provider) receive a prompt that "These 5 clients were at your studio two weeks ago but haven't returned" or "These 10 clients bought X product", etc.

  20. it would be nice if clients could see forms form a previous appointment. For example we have pre/post care instructions that the client has to sign at the appointment, it would be nice for then to be bale to review it later. or even it it was a form we could manually email or text prior to or after the appointment.
