  2. Have a "completed" certificate to print out so you know your employees completed training. I can't trust people at their word that they actually completed the training.

  4. We are tracking our providers' utilization % of their hours scheduled. Unfortunately when a shift is marked as unavailable (due to a holiday), it does not subtract those hours from their hours scheduled. For example, if i have an employee that normally works 36 hours a week and one day is a holiday, it will still say their hours scheduled is 36 and even if the other four days of the week were fully booked, their utilization % will look like they had a completely empty day. This means holiday weeks/months have to be done manually.

  5. For example I did a xmas sale and had no idea I sold the online packages didn't get an email or text to anything. an email should be sent to us notifying of any online sales without manually having to go in there and click it.

  7. When creating/editing intake forms, it should also allow for service modifiers to be selected. When a modifier(s) is selected, the intake form will be sent to those clients. This is currently not doable

  8. The processing time in an appointment will automatically overlap with a time block. This makes it difficult to schedule a lunch, for example, because if a client signs up for an appointment with an in-person time that fits before a lunch break, the processing time for the rest of the appointment will occur during the lunch break. If there isn't another person available to release the client, the original staff member doesn't get a lunch break. A simple toggle that nothing can overlap the time block would be helpful.

  9. Please create an Appointment Report with actual patient names, service names, rather than patient ID and service ID. (Information without actual name is pretty much useless. )

    Aesthetic Record has this report called "Booking History" that shows all the bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation in one report, that was very useful for our operation. We don't miss their platform at all, but I think that something like that on Boulevard would be very, very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.

  10. Boulevard now requires guests to enter a phone number or email address before they are able to view appointment dates and availability. Previously, guests could browse services, select a professional, and view available times before being asked to provide contact information at the final step of booking.

    This change introduces friction early in the booking flow, particularly for first-time guests who are still in an exploratory phase and simply want to check availability. Requiring personal information before showing dates can feel premature and may reduce trust or willingness to continue, especially compared to platforms that allow guests to view availability…

  11. On mobile, the booking flow becomes unclear when a service includes add-ons or required options.

    It isn’t obvious that guests need to scroll to select required options. The top banner remains fixed and takes up a significant portion of the screen, which makes the scrollable area very small and easy to miss.

    If a guest doesn’t scroll, required selections and related error messages aren’t visible. When they tap “Select Professional” or try to move forward, nothing appears to happen, which can feel broken or unresponsive rather than instructional.

    This creates confusion and friction in the booking experience and likely contributes…

  13. Members should be properly categorized in Blvd in a way that allows for us to filter client lists and reports by membership status. This should include automated membership tags. EX: Attach a tag to a membership that will apply to a client when it's actively on their profile

  14. When a client opts in to receive text messages, automatically send a Welcome SMS that includes a contact card (vCard) so the client can easily save the business’s contact information to their phone.

    Description
    Upon SMS opt-in, clients would receive a one-time welcome message such as:
    “Welcome! Save our contact so you always know it’s us.”

    This message would include an attached or linked contact card containing:

    Business name

    Phone number (call + text)

    Email address

    Physical address

    Website

    Why This Matters

    Improves deliverability: Saved contacts are less likely to be filtered or marked as spam

  15. Allow for charts to have a preset tool (eg. pencil or pin) that is defaulted to when the chart is open so the provider can begin marking up the chart immediately without needing to first select their preferred tool.

  19. Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

  20. If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.
