This advanced integration would carry membership status from BLVD to a client's online experience on Shopify. And, any sales a client makes online through Shopify should be reflected in BLVD, including peptides and other products.

Allow tip on Duo at checkout for all forms of payment
It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

Chart formatting when printing or downloading
It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

When you change an appointment type , the system should update any resources attached.
The appointment stays linked to the resources associated with the other appointment type. This can cause double booking of a device.3 votes -

Standing appointment
When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.
I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

We shouldn't have to scroll down to "send" messages. Fix the code so you can send from the screen as it exists.
This is such an odd feature that's really annoying as well. The "send" button should be available to click without scrolling.

Report that tells us hours already reserved in the future
Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

An option for stylist to see their projected earnings for the week to see if they will hit their target.
Some of my stylist like to see what they are projected to make before the week starts. It helps them see if they are going to hit their target or if they need to get more clients on the book.

Allow customization of discount buttons
Allow customization of discount buttons such that the discounts that are used regularly are easily accessible. Ex: I want a button that has a discount of 3.5% that I can click instead of typing in the discount percentage every time.

Need a way to apply a Time Block at BEGINNING of service scheduled for NUMBING for certain services provided
We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)
Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…3 votes -
OFFER CODES
For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?
There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.
Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

Maintain the products page after you submit any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to the top.
Remain on the products page you were on, even after submitting any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to Page 1. Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

be able to transfer product credit into account credit
I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.
it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.

Remove the CAP on client invoices from 100
PLEASE Remove the CAP of 100 Invoices in a client's history. WHY? Why is there a limit on the number of invoices that a client can have?
Some clients come in 3 times a week for biohacking. But they also do Botox and get expensive packages. Yet their order history, appointment history and note histories are all limited to 100 entries.
We are being told to run these RIDICULOUSLY cumbersome reports to find an invoice from a few months ago that has dropped off the history of our frequent fliers. This is beyond disappointing. We were never advised that client…
