  2. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  6. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  7. Under settings, service list cannot be searched. It can be searched under the "manage location" but not under the "manage business".

  9. Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

  10. It would be amazing to be able to either take/upload videos into a chart. This is specifically helpful if we are doing body treatments and want to have a video of the before/after for comparison

  11. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  12. I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.

  13. Manage/edit and create services in the same section. Navigating between 2 different sections to modify service settings is cumbersome.

  16. Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

  17. Give an option to edit the fields in the online booking widget. For example, instead of "Include a Message," our salon would like to have it say "Tell us about your hair goals for this appointment."

  20. Meevo had the capability to set up custom notifications where I as the owner could get an email or a text for every new booking. I loved it as it always kept me aware of how we are doing on bookings. I know theres a notification bell on the dashboard but that only shows online bookings. I would like to see all bookings- via reception etc
