  4. Time clock should be linked to productivity for hourly employees and also stylists to track when and if someone is late/how often and how that effects their productivity in taking appointments etc.

  5. It would be great if promotions could be specified only assignable, viewable, and usable by location. For multi site chains some promotions only make certain in certain locations.

  6. In order to avoid creating a client profile for the same new client repeatedly, we would like a notification or alert saying "client info saved!" after clicking on save.

  7. I would love an option when sending out weekly reports to service providers, to filter out orders with multiple providers. I.E., when I currently send out reports for service provider Megan, it also includes totals from orders where the client had services from Megan and other stylists.

  9. Some places have taxes that require a third decimal (8.375%). When entering this into the dashboard it rounds to 8.38%

    Though it still seems to calculate 8.375% at checkout it would be nice if that was reflected in the dashboard

  14. Allow technicians to turn off online booking for new guests but make it available for current guests. That way new guests don't even see the technician as an option when booking online. it also allows current guests to book online if their technician isn't taking new guests.

  15. Putting clients on the waitlist should be much easier. There should be an option to add them to the waiting list for multiple days at once. Add them one by one for multiple service is too inconvenient

  16. I as a Nurse Practitioner do not accept tips, but my aestheticians do. In Aesthetic Record we could turn this option off/on per provider. I recommend the ability to do this in Boulevard.

  17. It would be helpful, especially for older clientele, if the rating message indicated which star indicated the higher rating.
    We've had lovely reviews, when because they clicked that star on the left- it game us 1-star, when it was clearly meant to be 5-stars.
    Maybe this could be an optional feature to show 1-5 beneath the stars or something similar.

  18. One suggestion I have for BLVD would be the ability to create package product options in addition to service packages. For example, with Sculptra we may offer a package of 4 vials at a discounted rate. Depending on the patient’s treatment plan, those vials may be used over 2 sessions for one client and 3 sessions for another.

    Currently, when these are only built as service packages, it can create issues with inventory tracking and provider commission reporting on the backend because the actual product usage may vary by appointment. Having the ability to create and track product-based packages separately…

  19. BLVD needs to accept prepaid credit cards Visa/Master Card/AMEX as a form of payment. This is very inconvenient for our clients and embarrassing when it shows that the card has in sufficient funds.
