  1. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  4. Allow customization of discount buttons such that the discounts that are used regularly are easily accessible. Ex: I want a button that has a discount of 3.5% that I can click instead of typing in the discount percentage every time.

  5. We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)

    Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…

  6. For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?

    There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.

    Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

  8. Remain on the products page you were on, even after submitting any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to Page 1. Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.

    it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.

  10. PLEASE Remove the CAP of 100 Invoices in a client's history. WHY? Why is there a limit on the number of invoices that a client can have?

    Some clients come in 3 times a week for biohacking. But they also do Botox and get expensive packages. Yet their order history, appointment history and note histories are all limited to 100 entries.

    We are being told to run these RIDICULOUSLY cumbersome reports to find an invoice from a few months ago that has dropped off the history of our frequent fliers. This is beyond disappointing. We were never advised that client…

  11. Most clients do not realize when they are given a staggered time. Even when they do realize, they're unhappy that they were shown a specific time that isn't available for both appointments.

    "Group Booking" is understood by 99.9% off people as a group of people coming together, not a group of people waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the other people in the group receive a service.

  12. Hoping to have a notification created to where clients are getting notified if they're late or if their appointment time has passed. For example; If a client had an appointment at 10am, they get a notification at 10:05 they are late or 10:10 that they're appointment has passed our grace period. I feel like this would be one more point of contact in efforts to support our late or cancellation policy and prevent clients from saying they didn't know they had an appointment or didn't think they were late.

  14. Adding in a Wholesaler Feature.
    I have an acne clinic and have my own product line. I offer acne trying for estheticians and purchasing my acne line wholesale for their own acne centers. It would be fantastic if boulevard had a feature to add in whole sale accounts where I can keep track of their reseller permits, Their product purchases, NBe able to sale them 50% off products, and make these purchases tax exempt. As of right now I'm not able to tax exempt my whole sale clients which is a big problem. right now I'm just adding their current…

  15. Its frustrating to have to uncheck the little purple box at the bottom right of the appointment that send the client and updated confirmation when you are just editing an arrived appointment. Sometimes the client is booked for the wrong type of service and we just need to change the appointment type (usually to redeem a voucher) at time of checkout. The client is already here, they are arrived- they dont need a confirmation.

  18. Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

  19. We, too end up with confusion about online booking. People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.
