  1. If a client is calling to make an appointment, let's input their phone number (or email) and first name. The system can then send them a text (or email) to input their card, agree to cancellation policy, etc, and only then will their appointment get put on the calendar.

  2. Would love to be able to:
    1) disable automated receipt emails
    2) have more control over which types of transactions trigger a receipt, for example, to turn them off for pre-payment deposits.

  3. Inventory level tracking for each treatment room and inventory storage location. Minimum thresholds should be established per SKU with alerts when on-hand inventory falls below the threshold and a purchase order or transfer is needed.

  8. On the calander it would be nice to have a color change of the appointment when someone checks in.

    A color coding option for appointment types

    capibility to group appointments

    capibility to assign staff ( resource - Room) that automatically assigns the appointment to thier room

    adding a shared card option in client profiles for clients booking and paying for another clients visit.

  9. We often put temporary blocks on the books with a date indicated to let our reception team know when that block should be released. For example: "Block for Jones wedding (EOD Jan 20)"

    Obviously that is an imperfect method because it requires manual review by our reception team.

    It would be ideal if we could set the block to expire automatically on a day of our choosing-- with whoever created it getting a notification in the process.

  10. The options on blocking time on the schedule are limited. When adding a specific date range, we need a "daily" option so that it blocks off each day of that time frame. When clinicians have long vacations for example, we have to block each day separately-which seems like a waste of time when a daily option would make it so simple. Thanks!

  12. Boulevard should enable an option to restrict provider availability to Established Patients ONLY, preventing New Patients from booking while still allowing ongoing care for existing ones.
    I feel that an option like this would significantly help many providers keep their good established patients, while allowing new patients to book with other in-office providers and help build up their clientele as well!

  14. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve workflow for providers. Currently, there is no direct functionality for lab ordering or generating lab requisition forms within the platform. This results in extra manual steps, including creating lab orders outside of the system, storing them separately, and emailing them to patients via other tools.
    It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows providers to:
    Order labs or select from common test panels directly in the EMR
    Generate a printable and savable PDF lab requisition
    Email or securely share the lab order with patients through the…

  16. Booking notes should be seen above appointment notes when checking a client out. when client checks out, we always try to prebook them but can't see the booking notes.

  17. When a staff member is sick, we work through their schedule to let all of their guests know and to get them rescheduled. It can be confusing to guests when the same day reminders go out and then we say the person is sick. It would be cool to have an option to turn off same day reminders for that specific staff member for that specific day.

    We sometimes go through and turn off reminders for the guests manually, but that isn't ideal for many reasons.

  19. Gift card purchases should have the option to add an internal note. I donate gift cards to local non-profits all the time and have no way to track which gift card number corresponds to which non-profit donation. I don't necessarily know the end recipient since they're often used for silent auctions, etc. but it would be nice to be able to note what an internal gift card was used for.

  20. Add a weekly option for memberships and subscriptions.

    Especially for those of us who charge a weekly rent rate, weekly is literally the only one that is missing so it shouldn't be difficult to allow us to do this! Super important
