Enable a bulk downloads feature for forms
We'd like to be able to download all of the responses from our form submissions into a CSV file.

Personalized schedule links
Allow individual sales reps or providers to be able to send personalized scheduling links for their specific calendar via text or email. That way, the client will be able to book seamlessly without too many options or obstacles in the way.

View client contact information specification
We would like the ability to specify what Client information is included in the "View client contact information" permission. This will allow providers to see tags but not phone number, email or address of clients for example.

Set up times
Having a set up time before a service. It would work like a clean up time, but it would be 15 mins before where you could block out a resource and give yourself time to set up for certain services. For example:
Spray Tan - needs a private room -so that resource needs to be booked out for someone to go set up in it
8:00am-8:15am- 15 min set up
8:15am-8:30am - Clients appointment time/reminder and gives them length of service from here

When replying to texts asking them to confirm, only allow clients to reply with defined answers with specific actions
e.g. 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to receive a link to self reschedule, 4 to receive contact to reschedule
As it stands now: If a client responds to a reminder text that they wish to cancel their appointment but includes any form of affirmation including y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm, in their response it triggers an appointment confirmation.
THIS WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE IF THEY SAY "not sure", it triggers confirmation, and the salon would have no idea

If records are requested by the patient - we need an easier way to export them all, instead of having to open each one to download separately, then re-combine and send as one file...

Fill Slow Days Automated Message Filter
For the fill slow days automated messages, allow us to set filters as to who would receive the message. We don't want to send a message to someone who was here yesterday. We would like to be able to filter to clients who are on our "rescue lost clients" list or those on the waitlist.

Inventory reports
Allow past months inventory levels to stay recorded. If we need to go back to a past month there is no way of cross checking. I find it ridiculous to have to manually add and deduct purchases to get this number.

Assign unit cost at the location level for Purchase Orders. Sometimes, prices for the same item differ by state.

Improve Voucher Timing for Monthly Memberships
Add functionality to allow membership vouchers to be placed in the wallet at the start of each calendar month and remain active until the end of that same month, regardless of the client's individual billing or pay period. This change would address the issue where some clients need to redeem services before their payment has technically been processed—often due to provider availability—causing complications with voucher tracking and commission calculations. Ensuring vouchers are consistently visible and valid throughout the entire month would simplify administration and reduce billing discrepancies.

Error Box for Unbookable Time
Having an error box / warning pop up when employees try to book outside of unbookable time (specifically when clicking "Select Time on Calendar" would be super helpful!! This includes booking during closed hours but also booking outside of employee's scheduled shifts.
For example- "The time you selected is outside of your availability. Are you sure you want to continue?"
