  3. Allow option to make membership vouchers giftable. This is a great way for members to refer a friend. Currently we use a very clunky work around to make this happen. Also still needing to be able to add products to membership.

  4. Ability to automatically trigger a customized email and/or text message to clients when they late cancel or no show to their appointment to reiterate the cancellation policy and inform them how to properly communicate last minute missed appointments to the business.

  6. I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

  7. Finding the right treatment photos shouldn’t feel like searching for a needle in a haystack especially for patients with multiple visits and dozens of images. By allowing creation of folders within the gallery, photos can be grouped by appointment or treatment type. This not only keeps the gallery uncluttered but also makes retrieving specific images fast, intuitive, and stress-free. For busy clinics and detailed treatment histories, this is a must-have for efficiency and clarity.

  8. An option to export the upcoming appointments for a suspended employee to csv or excel would be helpful as we sometimes want this report rather than working exclusively through Boulevard.

  11. Repeating appointments and/or blocks need more functionality. For example, if you repeat an appointment once a month the system chooses the same date each month, which ends up choosing days we aren't even open. I am having to go edit every single repeating appointment to be spaced 4 weeks apart. We need option for Quarterly booking, and spacing a certain number of weeks apart, and/or being able to choose the day of the week. There is so much time wasted having to edit and re-edit and re-edit blocks & appointments. It's very frustrating!

  12. We need to see a utilization metric for a resource calculated the same way it is for the staff. We also need to be able to put business blocks on a resource to calculate utilization appropriately.

  13. Currently, seller changes look like a a return and new sale, or like an exchange. We have "Staff Change" columns available but they add 5-6 additional columns to a report and still change the "refund" and "sale" lines. It would be great to have better indications that a staff change happened within an order to distinguish them from true returns or exchanges.

  16. There should be a way to send files to patients. There are some patients that need to get labs done and there should be a way for us to send their lab requisitions through BLVD, whether it is through text, email, patient portal, etc.

  17. When prebooking an appointment, it would be helpful if, after selecting a time on the calendar, the view remained on the currently selected date rather than automatically jumping back to today’s date. This would streamline the process and reduce unnecessary navigation.

    Additionally, it would be great to have a “Book Client Again” button for guests who want to prebook multiple appointments. This feature should automatically suggest or give the option to book the next appointment based on the same interval (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks) from the last appointment that was booked.

  18. When a client reschedules an appointment within the late cancellation window, the client should show up on the cancellation list in addition to patients who have cancelled so that all staff can see who has rescheduled and when they rescheduled to.

  19. Just let my provider see the patient's dob from the Pro App so they know the age of the person they're dealing with. Making them run to a desktop computer is screwing up our flow.
