gift certificates marketing filter
There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.
It would also just be super helpful to know who received a gift cert. Its really hard to tell and we do sometimes use a gift cert…3 votes -
Show providers more client information (pronouns, notes)
Our providers are currently unable to see client pronouns in their mobile boulevard app. They also can't see scheduling alerts, or any client profile notes (they can only view appointment/internal notes). We need pronouns to be available at a glance, and for other notes to be viewable when entering the profile.

Gallery: Upload from image URL
Useful when leads submit forms with images attached. Uploading to the Gallery via image URLs would allow us to have all client info in Blvd. Instead of just text details (name, email, phone, etc) in Blvd while the photos have to be accessed elsewhere.
This ability could allow an easy Zapier integration for an Add Images To Gallery action.
Heck, uploading images via URL could simplify data migration for new Blvd subscribers.
Gallery uploads being limited to local storage feels a little outdated in this modern world.

Prioritize certain resources for certain services
We offer facial/laser and lash services. We have rooms and lash beds. Lashes can be done in rooms and on the beds but id like to be able to prioritize the resource lash beds be booked first for lashes over a room since facials can't be done on the lash beds and it prevent online booking sometimes since the system randomly chooses rooms first for lashes instead of the lash beds.
I want lashes to still be able to be booked in rooms if the lash beds are full so I don't want to take away the option to book…3 votes -

Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.

Time changes on appointments when adding items
Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

I would like to make a request for an additional tab in client notes section such as misc, we need nsurance communication for only staff it we had a tab we can create this easily. We need medications and allergies but we also could use some misc tabs that we can create in addition

REMOVE PRODUCT COMPLETELY FROM INVENTORY
I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.

Separate batches for inventory
There needs to be a way to include multiple batches for product inventory. For example I often have 2 batches of neurotoxins and fillers at a time with different LOT numbers and expiration dates. There also needs to be a more efficient way to track product expiration.

Personal Calendar Integration Options
It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.
Additionally, a privilege group that would allow us to provision this would be great.

Improve Form/Chart Status to Avoid Confusion with Unsigned Documents
It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

Allow recurring schedules to have different resources attached
We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

Set an order that forms are filled out
We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.
