  1. Many businesses—ours included—run promotional packages that are intended to be limited-quantity offers. Currently, Boulevard allows expiration dates for packages but does not allow us to cap how many times a package can be sold.

    Having the ability to set a maximum number of package sales (e.g., “only 10 available”) would create urgency, support scarcity-based marketing, and help us manage inventory and demand during promotions. This is especially important for high-value seasonal offers and limited-run services.

    We would love the option to specify a total number of units available per package, after which the package can no longer be purchased.

  3. We have multiple practitioners for the same service, and would like to be able to prioritize one (setting the other to be booked only after the first one is 'unavailable').

  4. It would be extremely helpful to see EVERY adjustment/edit made to an appointment not just if the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. I would like to be able to see when an appointment was marked as a request, if the appointment length was adjusted, if it was moved to a different stylist etc. As a manager it is extremely helpful to see all adjustment made.

  5. Need to let my front desk/patient coordinator staff edit phrases they frequently use, and would also like them to have access to offers and discounts since they are the ones checking people out. Currently can only access this as a business manager.

  6. Alert if trying to book an appointment when a resource is already booked at that time. Ex, we only have one SkinPen and it is already in use, alert our front desk if they are trying to double book that device.

  7. Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

  8. If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

  10. Allow new client creation/sales to be conducted on iPad.
    When selling at community events, we have to bring a laptop, an iPad and the Duo. Each device needs to then have a hotspot and to be fully charged for the event. Why not let us create a new client/sale on the iPad AND use the iPad to checkout? It would eliminate the need for 3 devices.

  12. Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

  13. Be able to utilize voucher for products tied to services. We have our neurotoxin appointment that has 3 options for add ons with the product of "botox" "dysport" or "xeomin" tied to each add on service. We would love to be able to have clients bank units on their account, but currently are unable as the voucher is only good for the whole appointment and not for the individual product (ex: 42u botox)

  14. There are too many clicks to make an appointment. Our patients get super confused. Received a ton of negative feedback regarding our online booking. Fewer clicks so that it's so easy to make an appointment, people almost do it by mistake!

  16. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

  17. Please create a more efficient Waitlist Option, that shows all upcoming Waitlist Clients and not just the Same Days. An easier way to delete passed Waitlist appointments other than going through each one individually would be ideal too!

  18. There should be a "temporary hold" on the schedule when someone starts to book an appointment where the space is greyed out or something to alert others that someone is booking at that time to avoid double booking. This hold can be released after 2 minutes or something, but at least the slot won't be taken while someone is trying to put their information in. This could be for online and internal bookings.
