  2. To give the staff a UI of visual waitlist appts that in turn would increase chances of fulfillment.

    I'm thinking it would be a visual showing of pending appts, where as a manager could lock the view ON or OFF so that no matter what staff are seeing it. Dragging those appts onto the schedule or rescheduling them to a service providers column would be the same as booking the appt and removing it from the waitlist. If someone said they want service 1 that takes 30 min and anytime after 12pm, then dragging that 8hr pending appt and dropping…

  3. Can we make it so new guest need to be accepted before scheduled? A waitlist that needs to be accepted before the client is scheduled.

    Vagaro has this feature and its very helpful

    sometimes new guests book the wrong service for their need and this way we can make sure they get set up with the proper appointment.

  8. With millenium, if a client calls in and requests a Nail appointment, the front desk can type control + N and it will show only Nail technicians on the calendar for easier visibility and booking

  9. Sometimes when it gets really busy in the salon, stylists/receptionists might not realize when a client has made a last minute online booking for the same day until it is too late and perhaps the stylist didn't know they were coming in or it managed to slip by reception.

  15. In the case of a refund we need visibility on what provider made the change. How much they refunded and for what purpose. Incase there's a mistake with the refund being able to see the trail of what happened would be helpful. Also to see which service providers are making the refunds/price adjustments

  17. Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.

    Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.

    I’d like to request a feature enhancement for automated messaging within the booking system.

    Currently, automated confirmations and reminders are not customizable by service type. This has created some confusion for our patients—specifically, clients are showing up in person for virtual check-ups because the messaging does not clearly distinguish between in-person and virtual appointments.

    It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to create custom automated messages tied to individual services (or service categories).
