  1. If a client has an appointment booked, the "schedule and appointment" button goes away. This button should remain there no matter if they have an appointment scheduled.

  3. Separating the tax and tips from the days business would be best. So showing all but a total after the services and products so we can see this efficiently and quickly would be great. Taxes and Tips shouldn't be considered as revenue for the salon - this has to be paid out. This would be better for our accountant also.

  4. Sometimes you check in the wrong guest on accident, and then when that guest really does come in the service provider doesn't get the notification because they are already "checked-in". Being able to undo that and send an accurate notification to the service provider would be very helpful

  6. I had a client prepay for services, but then needed to cancel(we refunded her) - now I have a ton of space that is being taken up by this appt and no one else can book online for it. Please help - quick!

  7. When someone self books or joins a waitlist there is a number added to the bell in the upper right. We check every notification, but sometimes there are quite a few. When there are more than 4 or 5 it becomes a pain to check them as you have to scroll to each one. This becomes a real pain if there are double digit notifications. Is there a way to either check them off as you click on them or maybe keep the drop down on the screen so you don't lose your place as you're looking at them?

  8. Ideally, we would be able to pull up our inventory and product lists by brand and then add them to a purchase order from there. Right now, it is hard to take inventory and then search individual products in purchase order section or "bulk add" and then weed through it to order what we want. If we could start a purchase order from the inventory lists that would be so helpful.

  9. It would be a great resource to be able to identify patients who cancel (or no show) without rescheduling so we can follow up on rebooking them.

  14. When offering a discount to a client, the only option the system allows is for the employee's commission to be adjusted along with the discount instead of the company absorbing the cost.

  19. Merging clients doesn't properly carry over information about previous floats, and potentially risks losing previous purchases (i.e. gift cards, float packages, etc.)

    I've run into this a few times, and it has created more issues than it has solved to merge clients.
