  2. Right now, for larger multi-location businesses, we need to add a custom tax rate at the location level to the location requiring tax and then a custom tax rate of 0% to all other locations that do not require a tax. This gets extremely tedious when adding new products (particularly packages in which NY requires a tax) because all locations will have to have a custom tax rate applied for a single product.

  5. Adjust settings so these messages are sent to the location email, not the service provider since most have email notifications turned off -- unless you can include it in the text /push notification

  7. With AB5, trying to navigate giving cash directly to providers when a gift card is purchased. A client could purchase the gift card under the stylists name ie; my wife always sees Jenna for her hair so buy a gift card for Jenna

  8. Report per staff member over a duration that shows metrics per service of averages of these.

    This would be a fantastic tool given the vast data that Blvd is naturally tracking. Although it will suffer to human errors and inconsistency, it should all average out in the end. This type of report could be used to understand which staff are being improperly auto-scheduled for durations that are too long or too short in practice.   10. Very useful to show a report over a time range of what promos or discount codes were used. This can help a business determine if their running promotions are having traction, also used to audit whether the discounts are being used properly.

  11. Currently, all services need to be assigned one by one even when the service category is toggled on. Instead of all of them being toggled off at the start, it would make things easier to have them auto-toggled on and admin can toggle off the ones that don't apply.

  12. When you remove a service from a merged appointment during check out, it erases the entire appointment. When removing an appointment, it should just unmerge itself and not delete the appointment.

  13. For some reason when you block time, that time is still counted in their hours available for productivity, but since they're not performing a service it counts against their Utilization % which shouldn't be the case. If they're blocked for a meeting they're still productive, just not with a client

  16. Within the staff app being able to only show first name, last initial. This will help prevent a stylist from trying to reach out to all of their clients and take them from the salon they are currently at.

  18. When more than one apt is charged together (ex. mom and son) with 2 separate stylists sometimes the guest puts the tip all on one person but wants it split. There is no way to do this without voiding and redoing. It would be nice to be able to edit the order without having to void and recharge.

  19. When adding products to a ticket, the staff name takes over the product name and it is hard to know what product is what to be able to remove or add more of a product. It would be nice to allow changing the width or widening the whole window to accommodate the wider columns.

    Screenshot attached to show the problem. Are these two of the same product, or two different products that both start with "Hop"?
