Have product managers and engineers shadow customers
It seems like product managers and engineers are a little out of touch with how people are using the software. A day of shadowing a customer would probably open their eyes to some of the rougher edges of the software.
Many of the "feature requests" on here could almost be categorized as bugs. They aren't the software not working as designed, but they are the software not working as expected by users.
We run our businesses in a wide variety of ways, and Boulevard has many assumptions about how the business should operate that just aren't true (one assumption I have heard explicitly is that each individual person will book their own appointment under their own profile and complete all of their forms under that profile, all of those are not true in the real world, and how many tools are available to fix this? Zero is the correct answer).
