Client Order History
When you go to the history tab in the client profile and scroll down to the Order History - it would help to be able to see if the Sale Total is a credit or a debit

- Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
- Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
- Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

Add "New Sale" button on Calendar page for a quick walk in retail sale
Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

Disable credit card offset for client for the booking deposit fee
Clients should not have to pay the credit card offset % for the booking deposit fee when booking. It is not right because they haven't filled out the forms yet, so they do not know what the fee is and cannot consent to it. This is a legal problem for states like CA. But I would still like to keep a deposit and have the offset charge for the service at checkout, so please disable it only for the booking deposits.

Unlocking invoice & inventory
Give permissions to certain staff members to unlock an invoice and edit inventory incase the wrong product was pulled so the correct information matches charting/invoice

Care Credit cards are not real credit cards
Please stop allowing clients to reserve appointments with CareCredit cards. These are not real credit cards & cannot be run if they no-show or cancel last minute. Your system is supposed to be running verification on cards when appts are booked, so it must not be doing this.

Staff Report that compares one service provider's year-over-year numbers
It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.

Give users the ability to log out remote sessions
Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

Put date of service on client receipts when closed out after the appt date.
The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

Make the client list alphabetical
It's so hard to look up clients when the list doesn't populate alphabetically. Scrolling through random names is time consuming.

Implement a 'day of' booking restriction for offers to allow offer codes to only be used for booking services for the same day.

Please remove the word commission from the Tip Report- it is confusing.

A method of perusing what appointments have been rescheduled by date and service provider.
I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.

Online Booking Name Input
Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

consultation conversion
we need a report that shows patient conversion. if they book a consultation, which services were booked post consultation. Also conversion between esthetic to medical and vice versa.
