  1. We'd love to be able to ban people from online booking. Currently, every day we have to physically go in and delete 2 clients who we have told we can no longer see them, but they still book online all of the time. This puts us in an uncomfortable situation to have a conversation with the old client.

  2. We have a promotion coming up where if a guest spends $50 or more in product, they get a free travel-sized hair mask. If at all possible, we would like to be able to create an offer for this, so that it automatically adds it to a ticket that reaches $50 before tax, so that the stylists won't have to remember it. Then they could just see it auto-populate on the checkout, and grab the product for them. That way our inventory stays accurate for the promotional products we have in stock!

  4. Comparing sales recorded in Boulevard + the deposits in the bank statement do not match. She needs to be able to properly classify service sales, products sales, gift cards, sales tax - totals don't match. For the deposits, she needs to know what the exact merchant fees are on a given day - including interests charge and gateway fees. For example, if there's a $4,200 deposit, she wants to pull a report that shows the $4,000 sales and $200 interest/gateway fees. Booker uses Payrock for their payment processing, their reporting matched the total transactions each day and it included the…

  5. Thinking about selling monthly packages that expire at the end of the month, not 30 days from purchase. So being able to set the expiration date when setting the package up instead of having to manually edit the expiration after selling the package

  6. For a lash studio, new clients need a full consultation and we don't want them to be able to book other services until after that appointment. Need to be able to have a separate booking link for return clients where they can see full services that would be hidden to new clients/anyone that hasn't been to the location before

  11. Mother and daughter both have appointments. Mom has credit card on file that she wants to use to pay for both herself and her daughter's tickets. This should be as simple as one-two clicks and done. If this existed then daughters history could be retained instead of moving everything to her mothers ticket with a million steps to do it. Win all around!

  14. Booker allows you to search by the customer's name, email or phone number and merge all accounts together instead of having to do two at a time. Also, once you've selected all the client profiles to merge, you're provided with the date each profile was created, the last time it was logged into by the client and links to all the orders associated with each account and shows you in a single column which information you've chosen before merging.   16. It would be more efficient to be able to click on an empty space on someone's schedule for the day to add additional time, rather than go to edit their entire shift. It was also make it easier because blocks would not need to be added between their available times.

  18. By not separating our credit card processing fees from our nightly sales reconciliations you make it hard for clients to track and forecast regular/annual credit card processing fees. This is not a transparent practice - we should be able to see how and when these fees are changing - the current system is convoluted and wholly ambiguous. This should be a separate charge outside of our sales revenue.

  19. It would be nice to be able to leave notes on your day of schedule, in different colors:

    Ex. Block off "2:00pm-3:00pm for lunch" automatically turns grey

    It would be nice to have a separate "block" for more of a note - Block "3:00pm-4:00pm for ONLY a consultation" have it turn blue so it's read and not overlooked.

  20. We tried to enforce credit cards with our old software and found it really offended our loyal clients so we had the ability to switch to only new clients booking online required a credit card.
