Allow staff to send forms to patients independent of an appointment.
I currently operate with the idea that I am able to send forms to patients independent of appointments such as is the case with month to month follow up for telehealth weight management. I want to be able to send a patient a follow up form through their portal so that they can complete for review and is automatically tied to their chart. I was able to do this with my previous EHR which is a game changer for our practice. We do not have access to forms in any other capacity and so I am currently utilizing google forms…

Returns should show in the cient history. Currently There is no way to see a reurn other than the actulal ticket.
Returns should be shown on the client product screen. How do we know if the client returns something, I don't want to keep recommending a product they didn't like.

mobile view - ability to remove top banner
The banner image in mobile view eats up so much of the screen that, depending on the size of the client's phone, only a line or two of the descriptive text is visible after the service heading. We would like the ability to turn off the banner graphic for mobile view to resolve this problem.

Multi level filter in clients tab
Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.
Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.
t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

Pop-Up Alerts for Critical Patient Notes
It would be really helpful if sticky notes or chart alerts could pop up automatically when opening a patient profile or appointment.
For example, if a patient has an important note like “Allergic to numbing cream”, “Patient frequently passes out" or “Red flag patient”, it would be ideal for that information to appear immediately rather than relying solely on tags or digging into the patient record.
Tags are great for categorization, but pop-up notes would ensure that urgent or safety-related information is seen right away by anyone working with that patient.

Forms
It would be very helpful to have a visible icon or indicator on each appointment to show whether a client has completed their required forms.
Currently, we have to click into each client’s profile to check if their forms are filled out. Having a quick visual cue (for example, a red alert icon if forms are incomplete and a green check if they are complete) would save time and help ensure all paperwork is in order before the appointment.

Create a report for the number of canceled appointments or number of no-show appointments for a specific time window
We like to look at our appointment metrics for the week and/or month, and it would be helpful to be able to pull up the total number of canceled appointments or total number of no-show appointments so we can see the % of patients actually showing up vs # booked. Currently you have to count manually for each day under the cancelations tab on the calendar view.

When checking out with cash- have the amount of cash back to give to client shown.
It would speed up the checkout process if a client pays in cash- to be able to enter the amount of cash given to you and have the system show you the cash back to give to the client.

Check In - After Phone Number is Entered, Arrow Button should turn Green
When a customer is checking in and enters their phone number, the arrow button at the top should turn green, so that they don't move forward with entering their email address, as it begins to confuse the customer and trips them up, Every Single Time!!!

Class Management
Class Management - This switch to Boulevard has almost completely killed our customer base when it comes to Classes. No one signs up anymore due to the difficulty and confusion of booking. We have loved most things about our switch over from Vagaro, but trying to offer all of our classes is somewhat of a nightmare. Post-Appointment Messaging and Google Review Link
Allow businesses to customize post-appointment follow-up messaging and to link our review platform, like Google Reviews. Right now, the canned SMS/email only directs clients to rate their experience inside Boulevard. That does nothing to boost a business’s online presence.
I want to be able to insert my own google review link (or other platforms) and to customize my messaging to match our brand voice and marketing strategy.
Without this, Boulevard is limiting growth and keeping reviews locked in its own system instead of helping businesses build the visibility and reputation that actually drive new clients.

menu pricing visibility
It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total.
