  2. With millenium, if a client calls in and requests a Nail appointment, the front desk can type control + N and it will show only Nail technicians on the calendar for easier visibility and booking

  3. Sometimes when it gets really busy in the salon, stylists/receptionists might not realize when a client has made a last minute online booking for the same day until it is too late and perhaps the stylist didn't know they were coming in or it managed to slip by reception.

    Something that I think would be really helpful especially for busy times/days of the week, if a client books an appointment online for the same day, with-in the calendar that reception sees- make the appointment block vibrate or jostle around to let them know of a new same-day booking, and it…

  4. Guests need to enter security code + expiration date at time of booking on the website to ensure the card on file is valid? We NEED this in order to not be chasing payments.

  9. In the case of a refund we need visibility on what provider made the change. How much they refunded and for what purpose. Incase there's a mistake with the refund being able to see the trail of what happened would be helpful. Also to see which service providers are making the refunds/price adjustments

  11. Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.

    Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.

  12. When client opens confirmation email and clicks on "manage appointment" tab, it redirects them to another page that tell client to call salon. They should be able to manage their booking easier online. NO CALLS

  13. When rescheduling an appointment and dragging and dropping on the calendar, an error message or confirmation flag should display if the service provider is not assigned to perform service.

  16. If the client's appointment is already confirmed, the Forms Reminder email should look different than the confirmation email. Including the subject line, it all reads like another confirmation email so clients will ignore it because they think "I've already confirmed," often times they don't think to scroll down and see that forms are missing. At the very least, the subject line should indicate the difference.

  18. It would be super helpful to have a way to be notified that a chart is not signed-off/finished. Especially, as a medical director, having to page through every chart individually to see if the nurse has the chart completed takes so much time!

  19. Allow a code to be made with a "book _, get %/$ off _" so that one service has to be booked in order for a discount to be applied to the second service. For example, "get 50% off enter service when you also book a enter service in the same appointment!". This would limit the need for manual tracking if an offer is applied to an appointment and one of the two services is cancelled so the client doesn't get the discount they don't qualify for. Also eliminated the need to manually apply the discount at checkout.
