Customizable 'No Available Appointments' Messaging in Widget
Right now if there are no available appointments at the time selected, the Boulevard booking widget surfaces a sad face emoji and messaging advising the client to choose another time - we'd like to be able to customize that wording to better fit with our business.

Make it more straightforward for a client to reschedule an existing appointment if they try to book the same service again
We have a lot of clients who will need to reschedule an existing appointment but instead go in and schedule a new one and then have to call us to cancel the wrong one. It would be great if the client got an alert that they're trying to schedule an appointment for a service they already have scheduled and ask if they'd rather reschedule the existing appointment instead.

Right now you can't edit or remove banked units after purchase in the client profile. Please fix this as it makes it difficult with inventory.

Repeat block go indefinitely rather than requiring an end date.
We have a weekly team meeting that I would like to set up to repeat as a blocked time indefinitely. Instead the max I could set it was a year and now I'll have to go in an reset that up every year.

Add price review capabilities to forms
Our stylists fill out a form with their client to ensure everyone is aligned on price. It'd be great if we could add services and add-ons into the forms and they bring up a total price that the client can agree to.
This is in an effort to protect our business from clients claiming they weren't quoted a price.

Include "Yea/Yeah/OK" as a "Yes" in reminder texts
Include "Yea/Yeah/OK" as a "Yes" as an answer to the text reminders to confirm an appointment.
We know how clients are: type yes to confirm and they answer Y or Yea, or Yeah, and the system does not recognise that!

custom refund reasons
Add 'refund deposit' as a default refund option so 'other' and typing out 'refund deposit' doesn't have to be done. The majority of refunds are from deposits

Book appointment using Gift Cards online
Must be able to use a gift card as a form of payment for online booking!! We're getting charged double in credit card fees since we are not refunded the fees when we refund someones card.

Create an auto populate feature for charts and forms
Currently, if you were to print a chart/form.. it does not print the clients name or any of their information. In order to have this information included, it has to be manually entered. Create a feature that will auto populate information such as name, date of birth, date of service, etc.

Add Referral Sources within the Booking Process
The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.

Don't ask clients to put in card info when they book online every single time
Clients are constantly confused by the online system asking them for card info every single time they make an appointment and then we have like 15 copies of the same two cards on file that we have to delete.
Make it so they just have to update expired info or they just have to confirm the CCV security code when they make the appointment

Add More Features to Membership Perks
Right now clients can receive vouchers for services and products and account credit. However, many customers have written into support wanting to offer more than just vouchers and credit. Several medspas have reported that they'd like to have discount only memberships. Others say they'd like to change what perks clients receive throughout the year, some want to require a monthly charge but only grant vouchers once a year.

Pays for option
We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.
