  2. We would the ability to create a second column for staff members so that their assistants can take on some of their clients for specific services.

    Example: a client books their single process color with the service provider listed online, but on the back-end, the assistant would perform the actual service.

  3. Very useful to show a report over a time range of what promos or discount codes were used. This can help a business determine if their running promotions are having traction, also used to audit whether the discounts are being used properly.

  4. Currently, all services need to be assigned one by one even when the service category is toggled on. Instead of all of them being toggled off at the start, it would make things easier to have them auto-toggled on and admin can toggle off the ones that don't apply.

  5. When you remove a service from a merged appointment during check out, it erases the entire appointment. When removing an appointment, it should just unmerge itself and not delete the appointment.

  6. For some reason when you block time, that time is still counted in their hours available for productivity, but since they're not performing a service it counts against their Utilization % which shouldn't be the case. If they're blocked for a meeting they're still productive, just not with a client

  9. Within the staff app being able to only show first name, last initial. This will help prevent a stylist from trying to reach out to all of their clients and take them from the salon they are currently at.

  11. When more than one apt is charged together (ex. mom and son) with 2 separate stylists sometimes the guest puts the tip all on one person but wants it split. There is no way to do this without voiding and redoing. It would be nice to be able to edit the order without having to void and recharge.

  12. When adding products to a ticket, the staff name takes over the product name and it is hard to know what product is what to be able to remove or add more of a product. It would be nice to allow changing the width or widening the whole window to accommodate the wider columns.

    Screenshot attached to show the problem. Are these two of the same product, or two different products that both start with "Hop"?

  15. To give the staff a UI of visual waitlist appts that in turn would increase chances of fulfillment.

    I'm thinking it would be a visual showing of pending appts, where as a manager could lock the view ON or OFF so that no matter what staff are seeing it. Dragging those appts onto the schedule or rescheduling them to a service providers column would be the same as booking the appt and removing it from the waitlist. If someone said they want service 1 that takes 30 min and anytime after 12pm, then dragging that 8hr pending appt and dropping…

  16. Can we make it so new guest need to be accepted before scheduled? A waitlist that needs to be accepted before the client is scheduled.

    Vagaro has this feature and its very helpful

    sometimes new guests book the wrong service for their need and this way we can make sure they get set up with the proper appointment.
