  1. When I am making a new purchase order list or recounting inventory and a client comes up, instead of having to save a draft, check them in/out then click three different buttons to get back to where I was, I think a task bar to get back to it quickly and efficiently would be much easier!

  2. When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.

  3. Woodward Barbers would like the ability to send same-day reminders out relative to the appointment time instead of just one time in the day. For example, they could send a reminder text two hours prior to appointment time (ie at 10am for a noon appointment and 2pm for a 4pm appointment) instead of 8am for all appointments that day.

  5. It would be great if we can have the notes section show the most recent one at the top. We use this section for formulas and it is confusing to see the old one at the top.

  6. I need a commission report to calculate the commission of a service that uses a product (Botox, Filler) based on the NET sale (i.e. I need the report to calculate the cost of using the product and then the NET sale and the commission based off of that)

  10. The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

  11. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  13. Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. Thank you!

  14. Client forms for med spas should be provided and the editing/creation more robust. Other med spa software provides hundreds of forms. AmSpa has available forms that would be great to have access to here: https://americanmedspa.org/medspaforms

  17. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

  18. We have patients that get scheduled, never show up and are never actually seen in the office, and we can't get them out of our client list. Should have a feature that they can be made inactive, invisible or able to delete them all together.

  20. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.
