  1. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  3. To be able to send a Text/Email message after the appointment asking for review or some other feedback. Perhaps there could be an option during checkout to send follow up the next day or something. Message could be custom

When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.

  6. Allow Zapier texting capabilities. Due to BLVD reviews not being posted to Google, we need a way to send a review request that actually posts to a public platform. Zapier can help us do that but does not have texting capabilities with BLVD.

  7. It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.

    Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

  8. Our accountant has raised some concerns regarding the way we input products into inventory, specifically when it comes to adjusting the unit cost for the price at which items were actually purchased.

    For example, we sometimes purchase neurotoxin at a discounted price during sales, or on occasion, we receive it for free. However, when inputting this into the product inventory, the unit cost is automatically set to a general price, which doesn’t reflect the actual discounted or zero cost we've paid.   13. Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.

  14. I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

  15. This feature would give us the ability to customize the security logout timings by employee and not only for everyone as a whole.

    It's important for our front desk girls to have a shorter time as they are constantly up and down from their desks and we don't want mistakes to be made under the wrong name.

    For providers, they all have their own iPads and chart during their consultations/appointments. Sometimes they forget to press the save draft button on their EHR notes and the notes delete when it force logs them out.

  17. we currently have to manually move account credit between two guests who want to pay seperately but booked together. there is no easy way to transfer their deposit and we must manually do it on our end, hit refresh multiple times and do a lot math

  18. It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

  19. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

  20. The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:

    1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.

    2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?

    3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…
