Allow Service Enablement, by provider, by day
We want to ensure we offer lash extensions services every day of the week, but want to enable certain service providers each day, so that they have a rotation of sorts vs. being available for that service everyday.

Promo Codes at Time of Appointment
It would be great if we could apply promo codes on our end when an appointment is made. For instance, if someone calls ont he phone and we put the appointment in and they want to use a "new client discount" or something we won't have to worry about applying this later and it will already be there at checkout.

Purchase Order should update cost based on goods received
Cost of POs are currently based on order quantity regardless of quantity received. The calculation should update based on goods received so that POs match up with invoices. (And this is another reason why POs should be more editable for adding products after being created, as well- so they match the invoice!)

Custom Tax Types
Need the ability to add a custom (re-nameable) tax type. We would use this to capture health cares fees that clients pay based on a % of total price. Needs to be named separately and not lumped under a general Service or Product Tax.

Ability to add a form to an appointment
If you open an upcoming appointment and add a form the form opens in that moment. Would like to be able to add a form at random to then just be attached to the appointment in the pending state

It would be great to add the inventory of back bar needed for hair treatments to keep tabs of inventory.

Prompt the client with recommended services
a lot of clients alternate between services... a larger service, then a maintenance service. It would be nice if their service provider could input their recommended service for the next visit.

Week view for resources on calendar page
Have the ability to view the week or 4 day calendar schedule for resources. At the moment it does not allow you to isolate more than one schedule for resources

Online booking to collect the CVC CODE when clients self-book
When a client self books an appointment, have the system collect the CVC Code to the credit card. Then make the information integrate into our computer system. The information isn't saved on our end. So, if a client no-shows we can't charge them accordingly.

When confirming appointment in the auto text it would be nice if the service providers name shows up along the service time and date
Accidents do happen when booking online and or by the representative. To be proactive in this matter it would be nice if the auto text had more details.

Customize whether resource is busy during processing/transition time OR Client Transition Time
Would like to be able to have time at the end of service that the client is still "busy", but the resource is open. After a service we need some downtime for the client before they can start another service, but they're not using the resource from the original service.

Semi-automated late/no show client workflow. Blvd-assisted appointment rescheduling or client messaging to achieve more appointments.
The option for blvd to automatically (or after manual authorization) message clients who have lapsed their appointment by a variable time (5min/10min/15min, etc) something along the lines:

Please call the salon at 8675309 in order to reschedule your appt, or click blvd.link/193nf33 in order to reschedule. Duplicate client appointments alerts for same day/late arrival tool/appointment progress tool
I have noticed that clients have sometimes booked multiple appointments by accident on the same day. I think there should be a tool that recognizes daily potential accidental bookings and just picks up on potential errors/staggered appointments.
there should be a tool that shows the progress of each appointments AND if a client is running late. We have the ability to NOT check them in if they are running late to the appointment... but it would be nice to have a button to press that notifies whoever is looking at the calendar perhaps in a different location that we KNOW…
