  2. Need the ability to exclude members or limit the audience for promo codes;
    Need the ability to create unique codes (9-digits, etc.) for promo codes; Add the ability to select specific locations from a dropdown menu; Add the ability to select a specific promo code from the offers menu and drill down data to the location level from offer code redemption

  4. I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.

  6. Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

  11. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit be put on their account that needs paying before they can book again.
    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  13. I find that when potential/existing clients see this they believe either that there are absolutely no appts available that day or believe that the requested staff is fully booked on a day they are not even scheduled.

    It would be better to let them know that there are other service providers available on that date to attempt to retain the potential booking and not be worded so absolute that there is no hope to get an appointment on the selected date.

    Additionally the flow implicitly causes the client to assume that the service provider was or is fully booked on…

  16. A DREAM feature would be to not show service provider at all for certain services when booking. For our members who are familiar, we want them to be able to book their designated member services with certain providers. But for new clients who book our designated a la carte services, we would love to be able to give them a "first available" only option where they never see the names throughout the process.

  17. The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.

  19. I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

  20. As a salon. Owner it would be beneficial if could set a date for membership to be billed on instead of it automatically being the date the client signs up. The point of membership is predictable cash flow
