Enable Multi-Provider Service Splitting for Single Guest Appointments
We’d love to see Boulevard support splitting a single service across two providers, either simultaneously or in a staggered sequence.
Example Use Case:
• Service: Leave Out Sew-In (total duration: 4 hrs)
• Stylist #1 (First 2 hrs): Performs wash, treatment, blowout, and foundation braids
• Stylist #2 (Final 2 hrs): Installs extensions and finishes stylingThis setup allows us to maximize team efficiency, keep bookings accurate, and provide a seamless experience for the guest — but currently, Boulevard only allows one provider per service.

Update charting. Must be able to type and use numbers to document. Also need to have a dot shape not just circle, and change font sice
When charting for botox and filler. numbers, keyboard, and dots are vital. additionally straight arrows are great for filler charting. Also change in font size.

Allow patients access to review/access their own charts. We have multiple patients requesting access to their treatments/history but have no way to access records. Patients have a right to access their treatment charts.

Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. Merge orders when checking out
From the front desk screen. The ability to merge the clients when 1 person wants to pay for the other. I feel like i should be able to drag and drop an order on top of another to easily checkout the client(s). A lot of times, a mom and daughter or a couple will get a head spa on the same day and 1 person wants to pay for both. You need to be able to offer a gift card special at checkout.
Example: Purchase $100 and get $25 free. The $25 should be automatically applied when they checkout with a $100 gift card without having to create an offer. Put parameters on time available and only when you purchase a certain amount.

Accommodations Notes for services
In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

Show Units and Cost Per Unit on Receipts
Would love to see receipts include the number of units a client received and the cost per unit, not just the total. It would make things clearer for both clients and providers.

resources available for specific staff members only
We use our resources for our rooms/stations. We have two members for each room and to keep them from accidentally double booking the station it would be beneficial to have it blocked off when people do online booking. Would be really useful to have specific people assigned to specific resources.

Create a way to add custom duration directly in the "accomodations" tab of a clien'ts proile.
You can only adjust and save a specific client's duration on the book and save it. I would like to be able to just add a new accomodation under their profile.
