  3. when adding OR removing a specific provider as a request, it would be nice if the heart next to the name would be added/removed from all the services for the same client, instead of having to click each individual heart if they are getting multiple things done

  5. Our Salon would like the ability to add an additional processing time. So for complex services it could be booked as an Application, processing window, application, processing window and then the finishing time.

  7. There should be an option to let any service be sold as a package > 1-10 sessions. Note very package we have requires more than 1 session, and some packages require more than 1 session. Adding this option to the service menu - instead of products only - would fix this problem.

  9. More and better filters and sorting options when viewing products. We have almost 600 unique SKUs and I wish we could, for example, set the filters to show only active products from X brand, or only active products from Y product category - or both of those at the same time: only active products from X brand under Y product category.

  10. We occasionally have in-salon events, pop up shops, shop small business saturday or similar & would love to be able to integrate it with boulevard so we can customize invites, charge a fee for special services offered if needed (ie: botox party), track RSVP's for planning purposes, etc...

  12. It would be helpful if there were two sections for notes in a guest profile. General client notes intended for the front desk team and a second section for the estheticians to leave more detailed notes that they wouldn't leave in a treatment chart.

  14. can you please add a second tax rate option? our state has a 6.5% tax, but a 7.5% tax on alcohol sales.

  15. Previously with the reception app we were able to discreetly show our clients their total via the Ipad and allow them to select their gratuity there and then ask them for their card to charge the total. Now with Duo we have to vocalize their total, ask for their card, run it, and then show them the Ipad where they can select gratuity.

    Some of our services we offer are over $4,500 so I feel it is much more classy to discreetly show them their total rather than announce it - especially since we are a relatively small salon where…

  16. The Employee Scheduling would be nice if it was a draggable bar between times instead of two drop down menus, our old system had a draggable time table which made putting the schedule in a breeze and it was faster and physically would show coverage to make sure you didn't have any gaps instead of putting stuff in then looking at the calendar to make sure it was covered. plus it would be nice to be able to schedule lunch's as well instead of making blocks

  17. We need to be able to make changes to the client instructions email and receipt note at the brand level. Right now, if we're changing even just one small thing in those messages, we have to do it one by one at all 20+ of our locations
