  1. Currently when customers purchase gift cards, it prompts them to send the card to someone. It would be nice if there was an option to purchase this for yourself OR email to someone else.

  3. Currently the View Usage only shows current month. Would be nice to have a report that shows all months, find trends, budget for client notifications.

  4. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit be put on their account that needs paying before they can book again.
    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  5. I find that when potential/existing clients see this they believe either that there are absolutely no appts available that day or believe that the requested staff is fully booked on a day they are not even scheduled.

    It would be better to let them know that there are other service providers available on that date to attempt to retain the potential booking and not be worded so absolute that there is no hope to get an appointment on the selected date.

    Additionally the flow implicitly causes the client to assume that the service provider was or is fully booked on…

  6. I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain…

  8. A DREAM feature would be to not show service provider at all for certain services when booking. For our members who are familiar, we want them to be able to book their designated member services with certain providers. But for new clients who book our designated a la carte services, we would love to be able to give them a "first available" only option where they never see the names throughout the process.

  9. The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.

  13. Ability to NOT SHOW who a client is booked with. We move clients multiple times thought the day and cannot guarantee which technician will see them. Please add an option to disable the name of the provider from confirmation emails/texts.

  14. I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

  15. As a salon. Owner it would be beneficial if could set a date for membership to be billed on instead of it automatically being the date the client signs up. The point of membership is predictable cash flow

  16. I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

  17. Integrate with MYA! They are a matching system where your stylists and clients both take a quiz and it provides clients with 3 matches that would best suit them! It's been amazing at the salon so far. Our clients LOVE IT and the stylists are able to reach their ideal clientele with it

  18. When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

  19. Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

  20. Can you please make exporting reports to excel store numbers as numbers and not as text. Your exports do not preserve the format of data from the reports for numbers and you have to manually convert everything from text to numbers.
