  3. It would be great if we could have more field auto populate and display on the overview page or as scheduling alerts. such as "Has an Allergy - see forms" or "Medical Alert - See forms" for important statuses such as pregnant/breastfeeding, or on antibiotics.

  4. We do monthly special services. It would be helpful to toggle these specific services to only be valid during certain dates so we can avoid people self booking beyond the date the service is available through.

  5. With our old software, we could see notes associated with the appointment, so we could get key reminders at a glance. That would be so helpful to us!

  8. Would like a detailed call history like on weave. On weave we are able to see who has called us with time & date, which employee picked up the call, if employee attempted to call patient with time & date even if pt picked up the call how long it lasted, etc. We are also able to roll over our phones with weave. We can create a voicemail that will play when we roll over phones like during events when it's busy we don't do phones.

  9. Orders from vendors often contain tax/shipping charges. To align the exact amount charged on the order with the purchase order in Boulevard, it would be helpful to have these open fields available and reportable.

  10. Please give us the option to require that staff collect credit card information prior to any service scheduled. Again, we are working hard at our small business just like those of you who started boulevard.

    With this being said these types of ideas that we suggest NEED administrative level feedback.

    We need to be able to require services scheduled on the backend have a credit card on file to minimize potential revenue loss. Workarounds are what I have started to tell other business owners what they are signing up for if they choose to work with this platform.

  11. Currently all Packages and every Membership transaction ends up in Product reports when they may not have anything to do with Products. Which also gives the purchaser excessive loyalty points!!!! which then creates manual work to go through each clients profile and remove the points to avoid giving additional discounts when they are already receiving perks from the package or membership. We "should" be able to choose to assign points with those purchases not forced to and have to undo it. This is a major time and function issue.
    We have to run reports daily of the previous days' purchases…

  12. Please make it easier to view all future waitlist appointments instead of day-by-day waitlists and make it easier to delete past waitlisted appointments in bulk instead of deleting singular appointments at once.

  14. Allow for documentation of finer/thinner pencil lines. This will increase accuracy with documenting filler placement. The pencil lines now are very thick and it's hard to show details.

  15. Adjust the booking flow to require a designation of REQUEST vs NON-REQUEST. Currently not required to book the appointment and it's easily overlooked in the booking process. This is an important KPI that we are missing accurate data on because of this flawed process.

  17. Implement an updated receipt format that itemizes injectable services by including the exact number of units administered (for example, neurotoxin treatments).

    Currently, clients frequently call requesting documentation of how many units they received. The only way we are able to provide this information is by taking a screenshot from the chart and emailing it manually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

  18. This would allow businesses to differentiate their automated campaigns aimed at retaining clients by specifying audiences by service name / service type. For example, a haircut client should reminded to book sooner than a client who receives a keratin treatments. Similarly, clients who receive facials needs an earlier reminder to book than a client receiving neurotoxins.

  19. We have a sauna and cold plunge, which does not require a provider but does only fit 6 people. Being able to configure resource only services would be great for this, but currently all services require a staff member to book

  20. I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment.…
