Allow commission to be tied to a different staff member than the one who performed the service.
Services are performed by assistants (e.g., nurses), but commission should go to the supervising provider who owns the patient. Today, commission is tied only to the staff member on the appointment, forcing manual reassignment at checkout. We need the ability to attribute commission to a different provider.

Road Blocks in Booking
Please make a way the client to just log in when booking rather than being sent a code to email or phone. All the steps to finalize booking are road blocks that can cause them to not complete the sale or scheduling. The majority of our clients currently call the office or book on site bc they don't feel the booking platfrom is user friendly.

On other platforms you can assign services to be booked on specific days, aka Tuesday I only take colors & no haircuts. A way to select services for certain days and not others in one schedule.

We are a wellness center with 18+ modalities. We have clients that do set things multiple times a week ever week. Is there a possibility that we can repeat appointment instead of having to build multiple schedules each week

unconfirmed appointments until an intake form is submitted
As a private studio owner with a strict vetting and intake process, I need the ability to keep new client appointments in an unconfirmed/pending status until a required intake form has been submitted.
Currently, clients receive a confirmed booking notification immediately upon scheduling, which removes any urgency to complete required intake forms. This creates significant operational issues including last minute cancellations, wasted appointment slots, and policy violations.
What I am requesting:
-New client appointments remain in a pending status until intake form is completed
-Client receives a pending notification stating their appointment is not confirmed until the form is submitted…2 votes -
Different screen choices for client ipad instead of check in
Instead of having a client check in screen there could be other options. Solo estheticians with everything in their room don't really need a check in screen.

When adding a suggested product to an order it should really default to the staff member who entered the suggest product onto a client's profile as the seller, or at least show which staff member suggested it so the proper staff gets commission.

Multiple consumables tied to a service that appear as a single, clean service on the client receipt.
Would like a way to offer a service that's comprised of multiple consumables trackable for inventory (ie. Microneedling service + topical exosomes with associated microneedling cartridge and exosome dose) - presented as a single, clean service to the client without showing the client the internal consumables on the receipt. Having a top-level service with associated add-on services configured with product usage allow for proper inventory decrementing, but would like to hide the internal consumables from client view.

Allergies and Medications
Allergies and medications are not as visible on the patient profile as they should be, and this is a patient safety concern.
This information needs to be more prominent and easy to access at a glance. If it’s buried or requires extra clicks, it increases the risk of missed allergies or medication interactions. Making this more visible would help providers make safer, faster decisions and improve overall patient care.
