  2. Ability to create customized poat-appointment client notifications or edit the ones that are already made. Rating appointments through Boulevard is not as helpful as Google/Yelp reviews and few patients will review a business twice through texts.

  3. The booked forecast by staff report is super helpful for providers to see what their next few weeks look like, but they aren't able to see it without seeing all of the summaries. Please either make it individually shareable, or create the report in the report tab so we can have it sharable to them.

  4. Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

  5. It would be helpful to be able to add notes to products and services that would show up on the receipt. For example, if a misc item is rung up, we need to be able to make a note about what it is.

  7. Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.

  8. it automatically moves the future booking to today’s date. I suggest leaving the future booking on the date that’s booked for, unless we want to change the date ourselves.

  9. When I open a booking to edit or reschedule, it automatically moves the future booking to today’s date. This is counterintuitive and causes lot of scheduling mishaps if I’m in a rush or my assistant isn’t paying attention. I suggest leaving the future booking on the date that’s booked for unless we want to change the date ourselves. Also, as an aside, just logging in and getting past password verification and “Oops” pages to post a suggestion maybe wanna beat my head into a wall.

  12. Ability to create one package at multiple price points to accommodate different roles/individuals (e.g. Level 1 vs Master). Essentially, customizing price like you would Services.

  13. Add the Ability for service providers to schedule their own working availabiity on the app. This is creating difficulties currently since they are independent contractors

  15. We would love a search bar to be able to look up the price of any service or product just by typing in the first few letters. This would allow front desk to easily find prices on services and upgrades.

  16. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.
