  3. Admins should be able to see business level reporting in the professional app rather than be limited to their own numbers the way other staff are.

  5. we accept checks, and each month when i balance reports, I need to filter through all "other" method charges, and list out the checks. Could checks be included as an optional payment method?

  6. Would like to have the option to have multiple emails in place for the location email this way, the emails in places can receive appointment cancellation emails. Allowing for additional clarity for multiple users of the business.

  7. We have 100’s of costumers who come in with reference photos and it would be incredibly beneficial to be able to keep a log of these reference photos on their profile

  8. You should be able to sort the list of charts and forms to JUST show charts or JUST show forms. It is easy to mix them up when you are clicking back and forth between these.

  10. I NEED TO GIVE A PRICE QUOTE BEFORE THE APPT IS BOOKED. I think it's crazy that I have to manually add all the services to give a client a quote during a consult. I book multiple services and treatments at once and my clients want to know the total before booking. The fact that I have to manually add them is crazy to me. PLEASE HELP!

  13. Allowing 1 chart to cover the needs of multiple services.
    Example: Once the service is chosen from a drop-down menu, and the next section is appears that's specific to the selection.

  17. Ability to send an incorrect or incomplete chart back to a provider if a medical director will not approve the chart. The chart would then require the provider's attention to rectify the issues flagged by their medical director.

  18. My service providers have the ability to block themselves in case of emergencies or things that come up. It would be ideal to be able to monitor how often this is occurring to keep track of this.

  19. The user interface for purchasing gift cards online is not very good. When a client gets to the screen to purchase a gift card all they will see is "Gift Card Amount" and then a button with the lowest suggested amount. There is no indication that you need to scroll down to see the other options. This is obviously confusing (and limiting) to clients, so it would be nice if you could clean this up so we're not missing out on bigger gift card sales.
