Have a today button readily available at the top left opening screen for every page and platform its on.
Have a today button readily available at the top rather than going into the calendar on every page and platform. Even the app. Mangmint has it where the today button on the calendar is at the top of every screen.

don't autofill qty desired in purchase orders
When inventory is in the negative, and you bulk add products, purchase orders automatically fill in the qty desired field with the amount that is negative and I would like to be able to turn this feature on or off.

Our services are more than 500 worth, need to increase max on gift card purchases! we need at least $1,500!

show all providers a client will see in the schedule (print off) instead of just the first provider seen that day.
I understand that I can go under reports and print off the individual provider reports, however those print offs are horrible! The clients' names are at the far right instead of the left. It makes what should be a quick glance a hassle.

Leave notes on the waitlist
It would be super helpful if we could leave a note that shows on the waitlist. We never know if someone has already reached out and may be waiting for a call back it would be great to see that at a glance.

Allow add-ons to be booked/performed by other team members.
We have several add-on services that can be performed by other members of our team, that would be utilized by clients in online booking if they were available. Having the option to add-on, then select the professional within the add-on would open up more possibilities for the client. For example: Book a haircut with one person, then add a massage, facial, or sauna session (or all three), onto the haircut. It's a major lost opportunity not being able to do this.

Add a Select All button to the Staff, Services page.
To edit settings for individual staff members you have to change them one at a time. Settings like Price, assignability and online book capabilities should be assignable in bulk. One at the time is very click heavy and time consuming.

Customize who can accept tips
I as a Nurse Practitioner do not accept tips, but my aestheticians do. In Aesthetic Record we could turn this option off/on per provider. I recommend the ability to do this in Boulevard.

You should be able to check out product without appointment. some client walk in to purchase product without any appointment need.

Invoicing Clients
Ability to allow digital invoices to be sent to clients via email, SMS, or shareable links directly from Boulevard. Then clients can pay using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or bank transfers. This would be similar to what Square offers.

Ratings Scale
It would be helpful, especially for older clientele, if the rating message indicated which star indicated the higher rating.
We've had lovely reviews, when because they clicked that star on the left- it game us 1-star, when it was clearly meant to be 5-stars.
Maybe this could be an optional feature to show 1-5 beneath the stars or something similar.3 votes -

Ability for franchisees to create their own offers for their locations, with approval from corporate/franchisor.
Ability for corporate to review offers active by location, by applicable type (service, product, etc.)
