  1. Using Blvd authentication for a custom staff app would help with streamlining the staff experience, as well as backend workflows (no need to host staff database, less breaking points)

  2. We offer services that require the artist time to set up BEFORE hands on time with their guest. Having a "Setup Time" or "Pre-service Transition Time" option would be especially helpful and necessary.
    There is the option for "Transition Time" which adds time after the service is completed but does not allow set up time. Both are a great and necessary option!

  5. Build chat box for messages between staff members, seperate from the messages tab for clients. Maybe it could be a small pop up window on the bottom right corner.

  7. Don't include costs of packages on a booking or receipt. It is confusing to clients. They know they already bought a package and to see the "value" of their service is confusing because they think they are getting charged again. We just on-boarded and I am being bombarded with nasty emails from clients to confirm they were not charged again.

  9. We often need to document a phone message, or lab results, or need to create or complete a "task" of some sort for patients. Can we please create a "task" schedule or tab that we can see for patients. Currently our work around now is scheduling an appointment so we can document the task, but it will send the patient an appointment reminder if you create which confuses the patient. So a way to create and complete tasking for various items in charts without having to create an appointment would be extremely helpful.

  11. Be able to have an ADD photo button to the Before/After photos. Sometimes you have more than 3 for each and it would be more convenient to add photos vs. adding a whole new chart.

  12. Clients are creating New Profiles or New Accounts when they online book instead of using their current accounts already in the system. There should be an alert when they enter their phone number OR email that an account ALREADY EXSITS with that information. Clients will make a new account and then we have to find their existing one at their appointment and merge, which doesn't always get done and is frustrating. Phone numbers should only be allowed to be on ONE ACCOUNT!

  14. There should be a way to set custom no-show fee for shorter and longer appointments. We have somewhere from 15minutes to 3 and half hours, so charging a flat no show fee would not be fair neither to our practice nor the patients. We are a med spa and we don't list our pricing on the online booking site for everything, so we cannot use the % of the service price. Thank you for your consideration.

  18. I know everyone is on the AI hype wagon. I am not against AI, but I would love to see work on some suggestions that have been hanging out for over 5 years (turning off tips per provider/service, moving forms between clients, etc...)

    It seems like Boulevard is focused on the next big thing all the time and losing track of what made you special: excellent scheduling and a feature rich experience for a variety of salons and spas.

    Please take like one month and focus on some of this low hanging fruit, then go chase whatever AI dreams you…

  19. When wanting to see just staff that is working for the week by selecting "is working" I do not want to see all of the staff on each day if they are not working that day but do work a day that week. This is visually challenging and not user friendly when trying to schedule patients.
