  2. Currently, prescribers access their queue by clicking into a client profile > Clinical tab to enter the scriptsure experience. This is not intuitive if they are looking for the larger list view to manage approvals. it feels like a "workaround" since you have to navigate to a random client's profile first. it would be great to have a page in boulevard or button that takes the prescriber directly to queue.

  4. Hello Boulevard Team,

    I’d like to submit a feature request related to package purchases and agreements.

    I know Boulevard already allows agreements to be assigned to memberships, which is extremely helpful. We would love to see similar functionality extended to packages and series purchases as well.

    Our business sells high-value aesthetic treatment packages where clients receive discounted pricing in exchange for purchasing multiple sessions in advance. Because of this, we need clients to review and sign package-specific purchase agreements and financial policies at the time of checkout.

  5. Rather than just showing "cancelled" as a blanket term I would like it to show if it was a late cancel, a now show, or cancelled by staff/client. It would help us be able to track clients show rate more accurately and when to potentially intervene on a chronically late guest, or chronic canceller.

  6. For quick blasts to patients on the fly, the ability to send a mass text to more than one patient at a time. For instance, we get a few cancellations we can send a "first come first serve" text to patients who are on the waitlist all at once instead of individually.

  8. The ability for the front desk to reinstate a half completed form for the patient to complete, this, instead of starting over Even though we our forms with required fields somehow the clients can hit submit and marks it completed. This is frustrating to both client and front desk.

  10. For discount reasons, can we add the percentage amount to the discount reason that we create? Less steps for each transaction make a big difference since we cannot change the amounts and have to type in 15% and 100%

  11. Subject: Feature Request: Cancelled Appointments Report (by staff + date range + reason)
    Hi [Name],
    We’d love to see a dedicated report for cancelled appointments that can be filtered by:
    Staff member (single employee or all)
    Date range (ex: 3, 6, 9, 12 months)
    Cancellation reason
    Right now, cancellations can only be reviewed in the Recent Cancellations list, which isn’t practical for HR tracking over time since it doesn’t support date-range filtering or exporting.
    This would be really helpful for performance and retention tracking, and would save a ton of manual review.

Offer codes must be customized to either allow combining with other offers, or disallow use with other offer codes in order to successfully minimize human error and ensure a high degree of accuracy in all checkouts. Ideally the list that can / cannot be combined can be customized. E.g. Friends & Family discount for team members CANNOT be stacked with any other promotions/discounts.

Some clients specifically older ones dont know or want to go onto their online profile... like they probably dont even know they have one. they also dont have an email on file so they wont receive any appointment notifications or forms via text... They should receive this via text. I understand not pushing marketing to them but office notifications/forms and charts/appointment reminders should be sent

  19. Lets say a client wants to pre-purchase a service, at this time we cant do that. we would have to make an appointment to sell them the service... We should be able to sell a service without an appointment so they can keep it in their "wallet" to use at a different time.. For example if a service is on special and they want to pre pay/purchase we would have the ability to do so!!!

  20. I would love to have an Accts Receivable system. We do some in-house financing and this would be very helpful...
