  1. Make it to where clients arrive twice when they are booked with two separate providers. For example, if they have a lash appointment an hour before a hair appointment, they can "arrive" twice so each provider knows when they are ready for the next service.

  4. When a refund is initiated and fails whether due to a processor error, expired card, or other issue there is currently no automatic alert to notify staff. As a result, these failed attempts can go unnoticed unless someone manually checks the status, increasing the risk of unresolved refunds and negatively impacting the customer experience.

    We are requesting a feature that triggers an in-app alert to the location’s Notification Center as well as an email to the location’s designated email address when a refund fails. This would ensure the appropriate team is immediately informed and can take corrective action without delay.…

  6. We have people that come A LOT so having to scroll through all of their appointments in order to get to their purchases is very time consuming, especially when a client is standing in front of you waiting. Thanks!

  8. It would be helpful to have customizable features under the clients name. Things that are linkable to the chart notes like DOB or allergies. If they could be posted on the calendar view under a clients name within their appointment. That way we can see important details as glance.

  9. I have artists that work at both locations and since we are on a sliding scale it woulds be helpful to base their commissions on the total from both locations not just one.

  16. It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.

    Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.

    This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.

    This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

  17. We would like an automated text with forms and updated contact information sent before the patients appointment instead of via email. We find that clients are more likely to respond to requests via text message as opposed to email.

  19. Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

  20. It would be great to have a way to know who checked out or scheduled a guest without having to log in and out of boulevard. Maybe a pin code for each person that they enter upon confirming the booking or hitting checkout.
