Give a alert on main desk computer when people arrive. Other than on Front desk
We have so many clients coming in and sometimes I am away from my desk. I would love some kind of alert on my screen to let me know a walk in or someone who is scheduled has arrived WITHOUT having to go to Front desk to try to figure it out.

Prevent admin from double booking room, and or device with an alert. Mistakes happen especially when you have several rooms and busy.

Multi level filter in clients tab
Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.
Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.
t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

Editable Referral Codes
I would like to suggest editable referral codes. The auto generated codes are lengthy and not easy to post on social media. Many of my clients use social media to share their experience and the auto generated code is not easy for viewers to remember.

forms automatically send out forms that have been updated
It would be nice that if we update a form it automatically will trigger clients to fill out the new form at their next appointment. Right now the way the system is we have to either manually add for each appointment or have the form filled out every time for each client. Also if you make the form expire it should trigger to have clients fill out an updated form.

Clients dont need to know this and it upsets many of them. It isnt necessary info!!!

Additional Analytics on Email Marketing
I would like to completely move away from Mailchimp and use the email marketing from BLVD. To do so, I would love for more analytics to be added on the backend. I would like to see what was clicked on in the email and then if there were any appointments and how much money came from that appointment. Additionally, I would like to be able to click on the current analytics like unsubscribed and failed, to see what clients these are. Thank you!

Ability to suppress an email notification to the client when a package of vouchers is applied to their client profile.
This access would allow the business to load a free package or other items onto a client profile via an online sale, without triggering a notification to the client.

Schedule block
When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

Ability to modify an appointment with more than one offer code via API
This would allow a business to apply additional offers to a client's appointment, when the client has applied a single offer code when they booked their appointment initially.

Pro App: View loyalty points via client profile
Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

Loyalty app would be more valuable with more actionable functionality, such as being able to pull points via the API. This way, custom comms could be built around points reached to encourage clients to return to redeem them

Marketing campaigns should have more flexible options including multiple date and time options, the ability to resend a campaign, and the ability to schedule campaigns to send on multiple dates and times.

Feature Request: Tier-Based Commission Rules for Memberships
Currently, BLVD does not support awarding different commission amounts or percentages based on the specific membership tier sold. The system allows for a single, universal commission rule to be applied across all memberships, regardless of tier.
We want the ability to assign unique commission logic per tier (e.g., x membership= $10 bonus, y membership = $15, z membership = $20)

The history should itemize the services purchased even if added on that day not just for the service booked.
In order to quickly look at the clients purchase history, this would reflect more accurately if it showed all the services done. Currently it only shows the service total for only what was booked. If a svc was added on to that appt, it doesn't reflect there at all and only at the order history section all the way at the bottom of the history section. Then you have to click into it in order to see the services which make this hard to find information as it only reflects the total with no detail.

MED SPA MUST! Allow text boxes to be used for charting on images
Allow text boxes to be used on charting on images. Ensure the text box is "sticky" this will allow for cleaner unit charting for services such as botox and fillers. Handwriting between providers varies and the pin box causes too much chaos on an image. its not precise or clean. This would also allow for laptop charting to be more efficient. This is a med spa must.

New Location: Ability to duplicate settings/catalog from an existing location
New location setup is manual since it comes completely blank. it would be great to be able to duplicate an existing settings, including "Location Details" selections, and active services, products, memberships, and packages. This would help save time in the setup process, especially since most of those are exactly the same across all locations.
