If a patient no shows or cancels same day or within the time frame of the cancellation policy, it should show no showed in their appointment history instead of cancelled so we can differentiate between the two.

This is visible when hovering over the "cancelled" notice - but it would be better to have it show as "no show" or "late cancel"
