  1. being able to see/test changes our team makes before they are officially live for customers. For example, if we change the order of some of the pages or change some of the copy, would we be able to test it internally before the changes appear on the customer side?

  3. There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

  4. Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

  5. Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"

  6. Please allow for us to require provider selection when selling product in the register. It's hard to remember to do this at checkout and we're having to manually adjust sales to properly award product commission.

  7. Right now, selecting an appointment time with a specific staff id from the API automatically sets the preferred staff on the appointment (heart icon). Right now there is no way to control with the API whether this is set or unset at the appointment level. At the very least, please provide a way to unset this "preferred staff" flag on an appointment from the API. Better even would be to allow to set this as a flag when we book an appointment so we don't have to unset it later.

  8. Would love the ability to have example photos of the service and a preview of the starting price on the client landing page of services. This allows quick access to price info for clients who are just browsing and example photos of the service aid in easier navigation when determining what service is what. As a hairstylist, this is common on platforms like square, acuity, vagaro, and gloss genius

  10. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
    Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  14. We, too end up with confusion about online booking. People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.

  15. You should be able to customize which things show up in "Individual Appointments" and "Group Appointments" For instance, for something like couples massage I do not want to show up in individual appointments...but I can't customize that

  19. I had a client ask if it were possible to display the date of the booked appointment at the beginning of the subject line in the email confirmation. Otherwise, it looks like a bunch of the same emails at a glance when booking multiple appointments at a time. This would help the client see their appointment dates quickly, without having to click on a bunch of different emails.
