We need to submit forms to insurance companies sometimes, so it is imperative that we are able to cleanly print the ENTIRE notes - including any addendums made - without overlap or cutoff

It is recommended that staff be granted the ability to view their personal time clock summaries directly, rather than having to access through the reports.

create a library
Create a library of forms/charts/phrases that people have created. Give them the option to add the form/chart to library to share with others. Create a button for others to share to the library so everyone doesn't have to build from scratch.

Need to be able to view net sales less account credits similar to the net sales less vouchers option

Allow account credit to be set to only be used for certain services
We would like to able to set monthly memberships to show as account credit for each client, but there is no way to set what that account credit is to be used for. We don't want every service to be able to use the credit accrued from memberships.

Show resume date for paused or cancellation scheduled memberships in Reports
Reports for memberships should include a date for when a Paused or Cancellation Scheduled membership is set to resume and become active again. This enables the business to be able to more accurately report on their future active memberships and track churn more correctly.

Adding a Frequency Report, and be able to filter that report via Client Profile Tags

Discussed yesterday on 11/5/25 - that our practice does not have a the Client Visit Frequency Report Available in our Reporting. We also need to be able to filter clients through tags added to their Client Profile (NOT the appointment itself) to be able to track different plans of care needed for that type of patient.For example, when a patient has a tag that states "Rehab", we need a report that will generate for that type of patient only (but can filter through multiple tags) and show how many visits per week they are coming in,…

express booking and secured credit card link
our former booking platform had an Express Booking option. New client would call in, we would get their name and number and book the service with service provider and then while still on the phone we selected "Express book" we would say "did you see that text come through?" OK perfect. Just finish filling that out in the next 10 min and your booking will be confirmed and all set. To have a push notification or text sent sent to service providers when another provider books an appointment through the app.

Packages-Vouchers and Perks are not necessary!
PLEASE change packages so that you do not have to add an additional incentive as in a perk or voucher to the already discounted package! You can not SAVE a created package unless you add a perk or voucher. Please address ASAP and thank you!
