  1. On AR I could sync my appointments automatically to my google calendar for a more complete overview of my day. This would be EXTREMELY helpful

  2. Would love for patients to be able to see how many packages they have left on their account. They are not able to see this on their end and have to either call our clinic or ask at their appointment. They can see their packages online just not how many are left/redeemed.

  3. There should be a Message button in their Client Portal. We all know clients do not always save the text number but if they're in their portal, should be able to message us through that.

  4. Please add an option to NOT receive cancellation notifications to the practice's main email address. If we remove the email, the patients will not be able to se it.

  5. We are trying to create a communication touch X amount of time after specific services i.e if we checked out a moxi today, a text will be scheduled to go out in 6months reminding the client that a its time for a maintenance treatment,. We have tried creating audiences and sending out blasts but the "last appointment" filter isnt granular enough to be specific in the messages - we would want to build out this communication for multiple service types and messaging

  7. We need a way to know when a client's appointment limit has been reached. Some clients receive 20 appointments covered by insurance (after meeting their deductible) and there are too many to keep track of manually. The last thing a client wants to hear is that they now owe payment because they unknowingly attended appointments that were no longer covered.

  9. When the business creates a discount,the business should be able to include/exclude specific participants (i.e senior stylists or therapists). This is helpful when newer staff needs more support in booking and we can drum up business with a pop-up discount.

  13. For a multi-department business, many clients are annoyed when they're forced to interact with the iPad during checkout, while it's essential to have others review their services.

    Clients should not be required to hit "Continue" after reviewing their order. There's already a separate option "Prompt client to confirm total" that we would turn on if we needed the confirmation.

  14. Allow a set rate for all appiontments made from the website to have a flat rate of $50. Setting percentages is difficult and makes it complicated, if you change pricing then you have to go make changes for each service, staff member, etc. Creating too much work.

  17. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

  18. When using Groupon or other services where customers are not paying US directly, the only way to TAG that (mark this as a groupon pmt, for example) is to create a 'product purchase' for '$0.01' = since we do not enter (or know) the actual REAL total amount we are ultimately getting... (this applies to several third party partners that take a commission on a sliding scale)

    Can you please make the "Other Payment" option available EVEN when the total is $0.00??

    This would GREATLY improve our Reporting options!!
