Allow forms to be sent outside of a upcoming appointment
We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

Feature Request: Improve Payment Display When Using "Other" Payment Type
When splitting payments, particularly when using the "Other" payment option, it would be helpful if the system only displayed the amount currently being charged to the card at the time of client approval, rather than the full original total.
Currently, when discounts or alternate payments are entered under "Other," the original total still appears upfront. This often confuses patients, as they don’t immediately see the applied discounts or partial payments, leading to concerns and requiring additional explanation.
It would improve the client experience if the interface reflected only the actual amount being charged at each step, with the full breakdown…

System to turn off same day reminders when a staff member is sick
When a staff member is sick, we work through their schedule to let all of their guests know and to get them rescheduled. It can be confusing to guests when the same day reminders go out and then we say the person is sick. It would be cool to have an option to turn off same day reminders for that specific staff member for that specific day.
We sometimes go through and turn off reminders for the guests manually, but that isn't ideal for many reasons.

Marking up of chart, we should have more ability to "zoom in" and "zoom out" out of picture during the mark up.
When I mark up my charts for my patients, I like to go over where I'm doing things , how much, and why. The current markup doesn't allow for you to scroll in and out easily. Right now, when I go to zoom in, sometimes it will go back to the chart and then I have to press back in. Also, ability to make the markings smaller, especially for the "dot" markers. Add a custom referral link, not just a form for us to fill out. I would like to link Boulevard on my site to offer referrals!
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create a custom referral link instead of only using the referral form for the $1000 credit.
I’d love to feature Boulevard on my website as part of my favorite resources and offer referrals directly through a link.
A lot of people admire our setup, and it would be much easier to refer them if I could simply share a unique link rather than have every referral go through me manually.

Implement google tag manager into the booking dashboard.
I'm looking to run ads on various social media platforms and other channels besides Meta/Google and I can't track the conversion event when a customer successfully completes a booking.

We would like the ability to manage client notes more granularly. Specifically:
Allow staff to add notes to a client’s record.
Restrict staff from deleting existing notes.
Provide an option to designate who can delete notes, with management having exclusive access to do so.
This would help maintain note integrity while still allowing staff to document client interactions.

Allow a note on gift card purchases
Gift card purchases should have the option to add an internal note. I donate gift cards to local non-profits all the time and have no way to track which gift card number corresponds to which non-profit donation. I don't necessarily know the end recipient since they're often used for silent auctions, etc. but it would be nice to be able to note what an internal gift card was used for.
