  1. We have 3 chairs for IV infusions. We need the ability for 15 minute set up time at the beginning of each appointment so 3 people will not book at the same time. There is an option for transition time at the end, but we need the option at the beginning. IF 3 people book at the same time slot 1 patient would be waiting possibly 30 minutes to start if this cannot be corrected.

  2. My state just passed a bill requiring sick time pay and all commissioned stylist have to start clocking in and out to track hours worked. Hours Worked is not always equivalent to Hours Booked. Can this category be added to the staff performance report?
    The Dept of Labor requires that commissions paid be equivalent to at least minimum wage, so this is an important report to have!

  3. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  5. I have regular clients that do walk-ins for one of our services, and it's quite an inconvenience for them to have to enter all of their info every time(first/last name, phone #, email)

    We would like them to be identified right away.

  6. the photo consent form is awesome, however it would be more awesome to have a spot in the client profile that links to their consent that tells us if they consented or not. instead of having to go though all forms to see what they have consented to. very annoying for med spas, as before and after photos are a large part of our marketing.

  7. There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

  9. Boulevard doesn't send an updated text to the service providers when an appointment has been reschedule to another date/time. Only the original appointment booking and cancellation. Please create a text feature for this.

  13. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

  15. Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"

  16. Would love the ability to have example photos of the service and a preview of the starting price on the client landing page of services. This allows quick access to price info for clients who are just browsing and example photos of the service aid in easier navigation when determining what service is what. As a hairstylist, this is common on platforms like square, acuity, vagaro, and gloss genius

  17. Theres no reason we should have to do this on a spreadsheet but clear reporting of this is a CRITICAL need

    this is how its currently tracked on our spreadsheet but this is bare min:

    Total Booked Total Completed No Show Cancelled Walk In Rescheduled No Show/Cancelled Rate Completed Appt Rate

  18. We used to be able to see the next billing date, not just the most recent update and start date. It's extremely helpful to be able to forecast cash flow and doing away with this field limits that ability.

  20. Clients should have the ability to put a credit card on file at the same time they are completing electronic forms. It would be great if you could make this a part of that task.
