  1. Currently, a change to an appointment will send to the client with the exact same verbiage as an initial booking. This causes confusion for clients who may mistakenly think a duplicate appt was made in error (before they click through into the client portal details).
    Slightly changing verbiage to indicate that a date/time has moved rather than a brand new appt text would help differentiate which is a new appt and which is a change.

  3. The option to add discounts to client profiles, based on their relationship to the business. These would be toggled on until toggled off or removed and would auto-apply online or in-person.

  4. Allow patients access to review/access their own charts. We have multiple patients requesting access to their treatments/history but have no way to access records. Patients have a right to access their treatment charts.

  5. I would like to suggest editable referral codes. The auto generated codes are lengthy and not easy to post on social media. Many of my clients use social media to share their experience and the auto generated code is not easy for viewers to remember.

  6. Its very manual to go into each location, then each service or staff to understand who is assigned to which services. At over 100 locations, this becomes very overwhelming. It would be very impactful to have an admin view of who is assigned to services, which services are bookable online, which are even active at what locations, etc.

  8. Ability to view pricing for services.

    In the current settings when the patient called and inquire about pricing to the front staff, they don't have an option to view the pricing logs as they don't have admin priviliges. We need an option where front desk person can view the pricing for services without creating a test patient or have a physical spreadsheet handly

  9. e.g. 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to receive a link to self reschedule, 4 to receive contact to reschedule

    As it stands now: If a client responds to a reminder text that they wish to cancel their appointment but includes any form of affirmation including y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm, in their response it triggers an appointment confirmation.

    THIS WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE IF THEY SAY "not sure", it triggers confirmation, and the salon would have no idea

  13. From the front desk screen. The ability to merge the clients when 1 person wants to pay for the other. I feel like i should be able to drag and drop an order on top of another to easily checkout the client(s). A lot of times, a mom and daughter or a couple will get a head spa on the same day and 1 person wants to pay for both.   14. Show open tickets under the patient's profile as well as in the sales view. A pop up letting us know there are still open tickets while closing the drawer would be great!

  15. I would like the option to create a retail product bundle - ex: holiday skincare bundle with 5 products. With the ability to sell that bundle and have the individual items pulled out of their respective inventory.

  16. I would like to completely move away from Mailchimp and use the email marketing from BLVD. To do so, I would love for more analytics to be added on the backend. I would like to see what was clicked on in the email and then if there were any appointments and how much money came from that appointment. Additionally, I would like to be able to click on the current analytics like unsubscribed and failed, to see what clients these are. Thank you!
