  1. It would be nice to be able to adjust a booking's client/name. As of now, having to cancel the booking, then rebook takes too much time at check in or check out, the guest typically has to wait, creating a bad experience.

  2. If we make changes to a form that someone already completed, allow clients to select the option to pull data from previous form for the matching fields, meaning they only have to update for revisions. This would also be helpful for annual updates. They could pull the data from last year's form, then change as needed. Giving them the "option" could help solve the privacy situation because the data wouldn't be initially visible.

  3. We would like group booking to allow selection of two providers in addition to automatically blocking times off.

    Currently, we have to block these times manually for the second provider. This would save us time.

  4. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

  5. It makes no sense to include tips in net sales if your team members receive their tips or a portion of their tips. That is not revenue - it's tips (totally separate). Why isn't it possible to remove this through a simple filter?

  6. The ability to change the frequency of perks separate from the membership frequency. For instance, I want the patient to be build monthly for a year long membership and have a perk added to their account every 3 months.

  8. We are unable to provide service pricing due to the variance of providers rates. This creates a problem as BLVD isn't prompted to collect credit card information to remain on file for No-Shows/ Cancellations.

  10. We have 3 chairs for IV infusions. We need the ability for 15 minute set up time at the beginning of each appointment so 3 people will not book at the same time. There is an option for transition time at the end, but we need the option at the beginning. IF 3 people book at the same time slot 1 patient would be waiting possibly 30 minutes to start if this cannot be corrected.

  14. the photo consent form is awesome, however it would be more awesome to have a spot in the client profile that links to their consent that tells us if they consented or not. instead of having to go though all forms to see what they have consented to. very annoying for med spas, as before and after photos are a large part of our marketing.

  15. Be able to edit service duration at checkout if the service is changed at checkout. We want to be able to track service provider's utilization, but can't if the duration changes to 0h0m at checkout.

  17. I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for.   20. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources.
