  1. Clients should have the ability to put a credit card on file at the same time they are completing electronic forms. It would be great if you could make this a part of that task.

  4. We often place temporary blocks while we are waiting to hear back from clients, and it would be helpful to be able to search for "BLOCK" to see all those instances.

    We also do weddings, but on occasion a wedding appointment gets lost in the shuffle. So we would like to be able to search "Wedding" to see all upcoming wedding appointments.

  6. I would like the option to create a retail product bundle - ex: holiday skincare bundle with 5 products. With the ability to sell that bundle and have the individual items pulled out of their respective inventory.

  9. Control over locking start times based on staff, category, or service.

    A universal start time can be set for example all appointments are at the top of the hour. However, some of our services are not a full hour long, or others require more setup time and cannot begin at the top of the hour when sharing a resource with daily operations.

    It would be great to have a way to have controls over start times that had more adaptability.

  15. Ability to generate a Report showing Birthdays by Month; enables us to see all current clients with January bdays or February...etc. We used this info with our previous software company to send out specials for Birthdays that month.

I’d love if Boulevard offered an Ambassador Program option that works like the referral program but allows us to assign unique codes with adjustable discounts and rewards per ambassador, in addition to the current blanket give X get X setup. This flexibility would make it easier to tailor incentives and better support influencer partnerships.

  20. We have numerous providers at our practice, and some work from home on random days, it would be extremely helpful if we were able to customize booking based on their availability. For example; if Kady was working from home on Tuesday, client's could not book lab work with Kady on Tuesdays, but the providers who are in-office are able to be booked.
