  1. Allow clients to login to the the scheduling system (https://dashboard.boulevard.io/booking/) using their phone number.

    Currently, the client must enter their email. However, they can manage their appointments using their cell phone number or email. (https://blvd.app/@mossandblack/login)

    Some clients (mom's and their children) share a cell phone number in their profile. Mom cannot schedule an appointment using their child's profile.

When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.

  6. It would be great to have a feature where there is a sandbox mode or "fake" employee profiles that we can add to the calendar view to help plan and build schedules. As a salon with only a certain amount of stations available seeing profiles on the calendar helps me visualize and plan who I can put where, and when.

  7. I have an issue with the memberships:

    We have a leveling system with estheticians where they can level up and their price goes up. Our memberships include levels 1-3 staff for the monthly price but if they pay additional $20, they can book with an advanced esthetician. Right now, we have to add an upgrade fee at checkout, but it isn't clear to the client when booking their appointment which service provider is included and which is not. Our advanced estheticians are not on online booking right now, would love the option to put them up online for the membership…

  12. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve workflow for providers. Currently, there is no direct functionality for lab ordering or generating lab requisition forms within the platform. This results in extra manual steps, including creating lab orders outside of the system, storing them separately, and emailing them to patients via other tools.
    It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows providers to:
    Order labs or select from common test panels directly in the EMR
    Generate a printable and savable PDF lab requisition
    Email or securely share the lab order with patients through the…

  13. We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Yes or No. Then based off that question they would be show a list of services they can book. Or, maybe there…

  14. When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

  17. Please update support documentation: "(gear icon > Online Booking > Conversion Analytics)" is no longer the path. --> "Client Experience" has replaced "Online Booking" it seems.

  19. Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.
