  3. Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:

    • Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
    • Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles
    • Track pending lab orders and results
    • Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

    This integration would enhance Boulevard's functionality for medical spas and healthcare providers while providing a more streamlined experience for both practitioners and patients.

  4. Being able to quickly reference what membership or package a client has, as well as the number of unused vouchers they have from the high level would save clicks and alert the front desk of any actions they may need to take with the client (eg. selling a new package, setting next appointment date based on new voucher generating).

  5. It is imperative to have data on New Clients who have just booked an appointment. We have huge marketing ad spends and that data needs to be at our finger tips. I have no way to verify that my marketing is driving the customers in aside from manually clicking every appointment and viewing customer profiles, with 30-40 appointments a day this is not a possibility. This is a must fix.

It would be great for client vouchers and packages that they have remaining on their account to show up on their appointment and profile on the Boulevard Professional App. Our medical staff uses the ipads for charts and in appointments, but this info isn't available to see on the professional app for them to see. We can only see this info via the website

  8. Add a button we can select that will show all cancelled and rescheduled appointments on the day we are on's calendar view so that we can understand openings better and track to make sure clients that cancelled all are rescheduled

  9. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  10. It's great that we can now compare photos, but what about drawing on them to show the changes? Or SAVE them as a side-by-side.
    Would also be great if then we could automatically share this photo with patient who want to keep track of their own before/after images and share with friends.

  13. When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -

    1. Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected

      1. It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

  14. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  16. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

  19. Clients need to have multiple tabs open to see their current appointments vs. booking a new appointment. Makes it hard to schedule/reschedule around their calendar.

    Would like them to live in one space to encourage ease of scheduling.
