  4. I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for.   5. We have numerous providers at our practice, and some work from home on random days, it would be extremely helpful if we were able to customize booking based on their availability. For example; if Kady was working from home on Tuesday, client's could not book lab work with Kady on Tuesdays, but the providers who are in-office are able to be booked.

  8. Please have the option for an automated email to go to the business when a client submits a form so we know that it's happened. We need to know when a client has submitted a membership contract so they don't fall through the cracks.

  13. Stylist-Specific Offer Codes:

    Currently, discount codes apply universally across all service providers. We'd love the ability to create offer codes that are tied to specific stylists—this would allow us to run targeted promotions (e.g. for new team members or specific availability) without affecting pricing for the entire team.

    This added flexibility would be incredibly helpful for marketing, onboarding, and stylist growth strategies.

  17. Please add a feature to be able to assign a barcode to packages. It's available for "products" but not for packages. For example, when I sell a weight loss package, I would like to be able to scan a barcode that I created for it, rather than have to search during checkout. I have many "packages" that have very similar names and scanning a barcode would be much easier than scrolling through 20-30 package options that all look the same at quick glance.

  18. Leviticus doesn't have online booking for their Tattoo location, but the default message reads "Thank you for your business. Please find your receipt below. When the time comes, you can book your next appointment using the link below." They would like the ability to customize this message.
