  1. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  4. Would like the booking flow to possess the ability to enforce logic such as reserving a percentage of appointments per day for new customers or certain services. Currently, resource blocking is still a very manual process.

  5. It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

  8. I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

  9. Option to remove self check in on the DUO app. Clients often come in and attempt to self check in, but we have a fully staffed front desk and it slows down the work flow for the clients to try and self check in.
    Or we go to check them out and they attempt to check in first, even though they've been checked in. This messes up the check out process. The option to remove this would be so helpful!

  10. When I am trying to send a new MESSAGE to a new customer, the NOTE box is highlighted instead of the SEARCH box for a name.
    Can you please change it so that managers can find customers more quickly and send the message?

  12. We need a report to run the business appropriately. We want to know what offers are working! If an offer code is used we want to know if it was a new client or existing client and the revenue tied to the transaction where the offer code was used

  13. It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

  15. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

I’d love if Boulevard offered an Ambassador Program option that works like the referral program but allows us to assign unique codes with adjustable discounts and rewards per ambassador, in addition to the current blanket give X get X setup. This flexibility would make it easier to tailor incentives and better support influencer partnerships.

  20. From a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. By not specifying member pricing online, it causes confusion and unhappy surprises for new/non members if they book online.
