Schedule on first/second/etc Monday/Tuesday/etc of the month vs biweekly etc
Currently we can only recur shifts by the week/biweekly/every 3/every 4 weeks. It would be really helpful if we could recur shifts by the placement in a month. For example: Employee only works the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. The current setup we would have to either manually add every shift or do every 4 weeks, however this would be messed up by months that have a 5th Tuesday.

Default to First Available in online booking, then allow choosing a specific provider
We, too end up with confusion about online booking. People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.

Search specific appointment types when pulling client audience
Currently there is no way for us to pull a report or list that shows all clients who came in for a certain service within a time period. The only option is to filter by first or last appointment which is ineffective as they may have come in for something else since then. For example, I want to see all the clients who came in for botox 3 months ago and haven't rebooked. Theres no clean way to do it.

Booking Pricing
add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

Credit card expiration
I would like to be able to update just the expiration date for memberships when the card expires. Instead of entering the whole same credit card number.

Currently, there is no option to require a handwritten signature only for the forms and charts signature control. Only to disable the handwritten signature and allow "type"

Have a way of logging client reschedules, especially within 24 hrs.
we charge half the service price for clients cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hrs. so it would help if there was a way to view if the client rescheduled in the 24 hrs of their originally scheduled appointment.

giftable membership vouchers
Allow option to make membership vouchers giftable. This is a great way for members to refer a friend. Currently we use a very clunky work around to make this happen. Also still needing to be able to add products to membership.

Automated, custom message sent to No Show/Late Cancel clients
Ability to automatically trigger a customized email and/or text message to clients when they late cancel or no show to their appointment to reiterate the cancellation policy and inform them how to properly communicate last minute missed appointments to the business.

We would like packages added as a discount option perk on memberships.
Currently, you would need to do this via offer, we would like to do this directly.
