Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality
There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

I need to station share my existing chairs with an unlimited number of stylists. Blvd needs to allow stylists to enter their schedule and still allow clients to book online by letting blvd assign them an open station...

Ability to track Medical Clearance on Client Profile
This would give businesses the ability to record whether a client has completed a good faith exam and has been granted medical clearance on the client profile. The date of completing the GFE and granting medical clearance should be recorded and visible as well. Finally, the status should reset annually to prompt the business to complete a new good faith exam.

Client receipt without using portal
We have MANY clients complaining that they are forced to use the client portal to view their emailed receipts. Some clients very adamantly do not want to use the portal at all. We need a way for their receipt to show on the email without the portal.

Staff schedule printing
We have over 45 staff members at any given time and would like to be able to run a report and print the schedule for them to see their appointments for the day. There is literally NO functionality to do so right now. The reporting inside BLVD is lack luster, to say the least.

Client audience filter for membership plan and tenure
This would be the ability to create an audience filter for clients with a specific membership type, as well as target their membership term length (new member, first month, first year, etc.)

Do not remove cancelled appointments from schedule
Currently cancelled appointments just go away. Instead, having them turn red or another color that signifies it was cancelled would help us.

Newly created services automatically added to forms and charts set to "all services"
When a form or chart is set to send for "All services" and new services are then created, those new services should be auto added to the forms and charts that have "all services" selected

Set date range on Schedule -> Forms status: Needs review
Need to be able to set a date range under Schedule --> Form status: Needs review...instead of having to click through each date. Would save me LOTS of clicks and I could be sure I've reviewed everything and didn't miss one more easily.

standardize the manage location and manage business tabs
The manage location and manage business tabs operate differently in a bunch of subtle ways. Please standardize them!
One example: Manage Location Products can search for an item, press enter and it "encapsulates" the search and shows the results, you can then search for another product to build a short list of a few different products. Manage Business tab only allows one search term at a time so you can only see one set of results.
Just one of the many inconsistencies throughout the software. It definitely shows that different teams built things and there isn't one person paying attention…

When duplicating a form create it as unpublished
When duplicating a form it auto assigns to all of the related services. It would be ideal if it is created as some form of unpublished draft. Most likely we don't want to assign the duplicate form immediately, this would allow us to edit the form and then decide when to go live with it.

Duplicate services and permissions for existing staff
When we hire a new employee, we put them on "New Talent” until they build their speed/skills (that has limited services). Then we switch them over to a regular stylist (that has much more services), but they aren’t “new” anymore. It would be great if I could quickly apply all those services at each location instead of having to do them one by one.

Face markings delete all option
Add 'delete all markings' as an option on face treatment sheets.
Maybe delete all red, blue, green, etc? I like to leave pencil marks for my tox injection patterns to copy into their next chart so I know about where I injected last time. If they have filler, I will draw on using a different color, their injection patterns. Would be nice to be able to erase by color! It's time consuming to delete all my little lines, dashes, arrows, etc.

Add a help icon to show what permissions are allowed to access the current page
The new permissions are a great addition to the program.
I am still struggling to figure out how some of the permissions work based on the descriptions. Having a little help icon on all of the administration pages to show what permission setting controls that page would be very helpful and intuitive.
The technical descriptions can be useful, but I still can't figure out what permission is required to allow my staff to edit products at the business level (mainly to view and update UPCs/SKUs) Having that permission shown on the page would help me know what to turn on,…
