  1. I am new to creating memberships. So far in my experience it seems that from a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in to my portal and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. It seems to cause confusion allowing "non members" to book any service online.

  3. Reports should update immediately. I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat told me it can take 2 hours to update the information. That's ridiculous! Updates should be in real time with a refresh

  5. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…

  8. Finding the right treatment photos shouldn’t feel like searching for a needle in a haystack especially for patients with multiple visits and dozens of images. By allowing creation of folders within the gallery, photos can be grouped by appointment or treatment type. This not only keeps the gallery uncluttered but also makes retrieving specific images fast, intuitive, and stress-free. For busy clinics and detailed treatment histories, this is a must-have for efficiency and clarity.

  9. An option to export the upcoming appointments for a suspended employee to csv or excel would be helpful as we sometimes want this report rather than working exclusively through Boulevard.

  12. It's helpful to have the option to accept appointments once they're created on the client end. Our previous software had this feature which was extremely helpful with clients booking and us having the ability to accept or decline with an attached message. I'm not sure why this wouldn't already be a feature.

  14. We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. If doing it in a chart, you have to guess when building it the average amount of pages and hope no one has longer bloodwork. If…

  17. Repeating appointments and/or blocks need more functionality. For example, if you repeat an appointment once a month the system chooses the same date each month, which ends up choosing days we aren't even open. I am having to go edit every single repeating appointment to be spaced 4 weeks apart. We need option for Quarterly booking, and spacing a certain number of weeks apart, and/or being able to choose the day of the week. There is so much time wasted having to edit and re-edit and re-edit blocks & appointments. It's very frustrating!

  18. We need to see a utilization metric for a resource calculated the same way it is for the staff. We also need to be able to put business blocks on a resource to calculate utilization appropriately.
