    -follow up with patients
    -run payments that weren’t put through

  4. Add a function to the waitlist that insterts a requested waitlist appointment into the schedule, in a specific color block so the the business is aware of a potential appointment time that could be filled.

  5. Automate emails to go to patients specific to how many days since they had a specific service if they have not rebooked for that service. For example, 90 days post botox, 6 months post vaginal rejuvenation, 15 months post lip filler, etc.

  7. When checking customers out, we don't see the items broken down in a list, but instead subtotaled all together. It's helpful for them to see how much each individual product costs, rather than the total of all the products.

  8. Currently, a PO can be saved with some lines containing an orer quantity of 0. This can happen when using our bulk add feature and saving without removing those specific lines. It would be a lot more efficient to either remove those lines once the PO is saved since they are irrelevant to the order, or not allow the PO to go past draft status without the user removing those line items or changing the order quantity themselves.

  11. Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. It would be extremely helpful if boulevard could create a button that when you go to the sales tab…

  14. We would like a way to set available booking timing intervals per service.

    This way, we can set intervals a service shows available times. For example, we want service A to be bookable every 30 minutes. Service B should only be bookable every 60 minutes.

    Currently, the intervals would apply to every service. This is not applicable for us.

  15. It would be nice to:

    1.) Text through the Blvd App -- not have to go through the safari or google website to navigate on your phone to message patients back. Only having computer/browser access to text messaging sets so many limitations.
    2.) Be able to schedule messages! For example, I could send a message to "Jane Doe" scheduled for (DATE) and (TIME) in the event that we saw a message late a night and did not want to forget to respond to their messages.
    3.) Allowing all unread messages to stay at the top of the screen

  20. Currently, if a new client doesn't use their referral code on their first appointment's order (for example, if there's a separate new client offer they want to use first), the code doesn't appear as usable on a later order, since it's only fixed to the first appointment.
    Instead, the discount must be manually added but then doesn't apply towards referral program reporting.

    It would be great to be able to have that offer code still available in the dropdown for that client as long as they have not yet used it.
