  1. Give an option to edit the fields in the online booking widget. For example, instead of "Include a Message," our salon would like to have it say "Tell us about your hair goals for this appointment."

  3. It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.

    It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.

    We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

  4. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  5. Please add an Accordion for standing appointments. We do not need to see 100s of appointments on account. 5 would be fine and then we can open up the full list if we need.

  6. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

  8. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

  9. Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.

  14. I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a…

  15. When you issue a refund for a transaction, any points that the client earned from that purchase should be deducted from their profile. This ensures that the points balance accurately reflects the total amount the client has spent, excluding refunded purchases

  18. We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

  19. It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!
